  1. Hello, I'm the staff member who issued your punishment. When the player initially reported you, I brought you into a sit after reviewing the evidence presented to me. During this, you openly admitted to committing RDM. I considered your honesty and cooperation, which is why I thanked you for your honesty and issued a note rather than a harsher punishment and ensured the affected player was compensated. However, no more than five minutes later, the same player submitted another report, claiming that you had committed RDM again. Upon reviewing the clip, it was evident that you continued to follow the player despite receiving multiple warnings, which appeared to be an attempt to provoke or bait a reaction. When questioned about this during the second sit, you stated that you were responding to a radio call and heading to your apartment. Based on the evidence available, I did not find this explanation to be credible, and reviewing your side of the situation which you previously claimed that you did not clip, it is obvious that you lied to me in the sit and you were not called on radio to your apartment. Additionally, your record shows three prior punishments related to RDM, which further supports the decision to escalate the consequence in this instance. That being said, I do believe you were honest during the initial interaction, and it is possible that your actions were influenced by frustration after the earlier report made against you. While this does not justify the behavior, it provides some context to the situation, I would not have any objections to you being unbanned. Best of luck on your appeal.
  2. +1 Anyone who has been around for the past month will know that this user has had prior conflicts involving rules and other players. I have known Andy for nearly two months now, and throughout that time, I have consistently seen his genuine interest in role-play and in engaging with the Diverge community. While he can come across as pushy at times, from what I have personally witnessed, the situations he has been involved in often stemmed either from racism directed at him or from others deliberately trying to provoke him into a reaction. That does not excuse every response, but I do believe context matters. I believe in second, and even third chances when someone shows they are willing to improve. Taking into account his activity, playtime, and continued interest in the server, I believe he would be an appropriate fit for the staff team. Best of luck on your application.
  3. My suggestion was quite literally the definition of what Trak mentioned. Even though it's not a main character you should have some sort of connection to the faction other than asking for a friend in the same alliance to create a char and PK the guy. Takes away the entire purpose of RP.
  4. You are mixing me up with Andy and Marco, I never got PKed, I got kicked out the Discord and the situation got voided over it , if anything it would help me Counter-PK main characters instead of hitman characters. My suggestion doesn't include mugging.
  5. Good point and thank you for the reference, however, in real life those individuals were still part of the organization or directly tied to it, and there were real consequences if something went wrong. On the server, however, what often happens is players use disposable characters whose only purpose is to log in, PK someone, and then disappear for weeks or switch back to another faction’s character.
  6. That could very well be a good alternative to my original suggestion. What I’m suggesting would apply to everyone. Even if you are PK’ing an associate or an intern, the person doing it should still be taking some risk themselves. As an enforcer or senior member, it shouldn’t just be outsourced to a random player who mainly plays a different faction, logs on to kill someone, and then immediately switches back to their main character.
  7. As many of you may already be aware, there has been a noticeable influx of “hitman” characters among various factions on the server. I would like to suggest that players should only be allowed to PK someone within a faction if the character performing the PK is set as their Main Character. The intention behind this proposal is to discourage players from freely cycling through disposable characters or creating new ones solely for the purpose of PK’ing others. When characters are treated as expendable tools, it undermines the risk and consequences that PK is meant to carry. Currently, some of these hitman characters do not even bother to pick up their own bullet casings or take basic precautions, because there is little to no fear of losing the character if they are identified or killed in the process. This ultimately weakens the purpose of Counter-PK mechanics, as the individual carrying out the hit has no meaningful attachment to the character being used. Requiring PK actions to be carried out only by a player’s Main Character would restore a sense of risk and accountability, ensuring that those involved have something meaningful at stake. For clarity, this rule should only apply to faction-related PKs. It would not apply to fail-mug situations or other forms of PK outside of faction conflicts.
  8. I won't post the clip of him pulling me over and mentioning that due to privacy concerns but it's up to you to take my word on it.
  9. I just don't think someone who holds grudges across characters is suitable to be in a position to handle administrative situations
  10. -1 I generally do not go out of my way to issue a -1 or attempt to negatively impact someone’s chances. However, you are one of the very few individuals who have managed to push me to such response. After reviewing the clip I have attached, it is difficult to understand how you would currently be suitable for a staff position. It clearly shows your inability to stay professional in a roleplay environment let alone a staff situation. Grow up and stop thinking you are an actual Streetboss. Bruno-Shitarfo (The IA Incident)
  11. Hello, I’m the staff member who issued your punishment. You approached a group of individuals standing in front of their business and proceeded to drop a body bag containing a deceased person on their property. This action forced a roleplay scenario onto the individuals working at that business. You then deleted the character you performed this action on in an attempt to hide your involvement. Based on your previously clean record, I issued you a shorter punishment.
  12. Hello, you replied to the ban appeal of another user, please create a new thread under this category and post the appeal there.

+1 Sips is a great member of the community, professional and mature. Need I say more?
  14. +1 | Friendly and mature, would make a great staff member.
  15. I haven't been approached by anyone regarding the Lucchese Crime Family, no one has offered me anything nor have I accepted any offers. I'm simply a lonely Turkish man interested in helping people out when the NA timezone is sleeping All the responses above are Bruno-Scarfo guys that can't cope with their HC being banned for metagaming.
