I don't agree cops should be PK active during raids - at all. That would be dumb. It not only would negatively affect the balance of the server, but do you want to have the heat of multiple cops being killed by your faction? -1 (FBI, DEA and that stuff could be cool to bring back though if there was a good way to do it.)

I was arresting him for Illegal Sale of Goods + Service. Which is a misdemeanor. As he did not have a commerce license. Completely separate charge. And it only becomes aggravated if he is already a felony. If he's charged again for check fraud, that doesn’t make it an automatic felony.

As a Law Enforcement Officer, we get a lot of cases. The lockers get filled up quickly in the evidence room, and randomly it gets completely wiped. Ruining cases for both the NYPD and DA's Office. Key Evidence, gone. Logically, we shouldn't put said evidence in our bank accounts, but recently it is seeming like the only choice. That is why I propose if possible, a new system that could be utilized similar to the Bank Account system. An Evidence Locker system granting every officer their own evidence locker where they can store evidence. Like banks, they can grant access to fellow officers on the case. Because at the current rate, evidence is becoming completely useless how many times lockers get wiped.

Could of course use some grammar improvements in the lore, but I think it has really good bones from what I've seen of them in-game. I also think nohardfeelings has overall been playing long enough and would do good as a leader of a faction. + 1
