Basically, there just tell you, you have to buy the PET flags back as punishment lol.

Seems like a no brainer, something that should already be in place. Check if inventory has 10 open slots -> No -> Deny for insufficient space and they just need to click the collect manually button.

+1 - Don't think he would have done this on purpose if he knew it was against server rules.
