Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): So i made a decision last night that was not the most intelligent, i took 2 guns out of an unlocked cabinet in the pd evidence room on my cadet char when i decided to quit the PD due to issues with management. I was under the assumption because it was an unlocked cabinet that it would be whoever left it unlocked that made a mistake presumably making it a warrant/IC issue for the char. I would not have done it if i realized it was a ban-able offense.
Why should you be unbanned?: I've been on this server for over 2 years now if my memory is correct, and this is my first ban ever on Christmas day. I've done a good job of staying out of trouble to this point and feel my track record alone is a testament to my point. Which is i would not have done it had i known it was not an IC issue, I rarely have issues with anyone, i get along with pretty much everybody. For what its worth i am sorry for taking the stuff. I feel being Christmas, being my first ever ban in years of playing, i clearly like being here and wont cause more problems if unbanned. I think I deserve another chance. It is also holidays and i have a few days off of work and it would be nice to be able to play before I've got to go back. I've also seen people with actual records get far less time for doing far worse things repeatedly. Thank you for your time in reading this. Merry Christmas. -Cheese Man
