At the time I was playing the Cartel Italian war was going on which lead to the destruction of my faction KTS which I'd been playing with for quite some time. There was plenty of metagaming going on by both sides, regardless this made me disinterested in the server and I didn't care about the consequences I'd face. I also didn't care about appealing the ban because I was done playing for the time being. Now, after being banned for a long time, I understand the rules and what is necessary to play correctly.

Dear Canadian bacon, I understand you don't want me posting this but I am seeking the final opportunity to explain myself. My most recent permanent ban was unjust in my opinion. I was banned for killing somebody aiming a gun at me, and the killing was not RDM, I believe the person I killed was an admin. From which they immediately banned me with no explanation. I know this does not follow the format of 6 months between appeals but after reflecting on my former offenses, and appeals, I apologize for having such reckless/careless behavior as my former self. I recognize the unjust behavior I showed and how it is wrong. Now, I'm working full time and taking care of my family, which I held none of these responsibilities during my last time on the server. This is not an attempt to justify an appeal, but I honestly do not have the time or interest to fuck around on the server causing problems. Instead to just have fun with our friends like we all did back in the day. I am not asking for an immediate acceptance, but the chance to prove myself. Whether that's being able to have more conversations with staff, etc. Yes, 500% of my server time was spent banned, yes I minged, rdm'd, metagamed and had fair amounts of Failrp. But I want to tell you I am capable of playing the server correctly and intend to do so, if you are willing to give me the opportunity, thank you. Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I have been banned from the server since 05/30/2023, nearly a year, and am not the same person I was since then. Please give me the chance to show you how I've changed. If this gets denied I probably won't appeal again, I hope you can understand.
