Hello, I'm the admin who approved the PK. When joining a criminal faction all users understand and partake in the risk of being Permakilled as is the nature of being a criminal. Members of a faction who break their IC code of conduct or run risk to the faction can be ordered killed by the faction leader. You Apparently Neglected to pay your factions Dues and the faction leader placed orders for you to be killed. You may read the Pk Guidelines here

If you aren't involved with the Permakill don't comment.

Hello, I'm the admin who approved this PK. You made the decision to take the risk and run into the water to avoid being arrested, which ultimately led to your character's death during the incident. As a staff member, you should be fully aware of the risks when it comes to endangering your character to avoid being arrested or escape role-play scenarios.

It doesn't matter he decided to jump the gun, and shoot at the officer instead of taking it to court. Deciding to shoot and kill an Officer to escape arrest is a calculated risk you take, where the penalty for failure is death.

Orders: Once Again, unfortunately faction leaders reserve the right to PK their own faction members as long as there was a valid reason to it. You being on loa does not affect the validity of the PK. a Don/Boss is able to order his subordinates to be killed without much oversight, and most of the time doesn't require evidence to do so.

Hello, I am the Admin who approved this Perma Kill, Tying a player with restraints counts as Initiating a mugging and can viewed under our Mugging Rules specifically rule 8. Once you initiate a mugging you can be killed for it as seen under Rule 1. You attempted to tie a player, and they then retaliated and killed you that is why you were permakilled. If you have any further questions please reply below. Begone, putrid worm, banished from the kingdom of Diverge, By decree of His Majesty, the honorable and illustrious King Pendred, you are henceforth exiled from these sacred lands. Your treachery and deceit have poisoned the court and sullied the good name of our noble realm. No longer shall you cast your shadow upon our hallowed halls, nor shall your vile presence corrupt the pure hearts of our subjects. Take heed, for the eyes of the kingdom are upon you. Should you dare to return, swift and merciless justice shall befall you. Henceforth, your name shall be erased from our records, and all memory of your existence shall be purged from the annals of Diverge. Go now, into the wilderness that befits your wretched soul, and know that you are forever unwelcome in this land of virtue and honor. May your days be filled with the regret and shame you so rightly deserve. In the name of His Majesty, King Pendred, Sir Shittor, Keeper of the Seal and Defender of the Realm

You were banned for exploiting the stove script by putting an ammo box in it causing it to blow up which I deem mingey. I understand my wording sounded like I was accusing you of Mass rdming and I apologize. Still, I doubt changing a ban length will contribute to being an automatically accepted ban. Normally a stovebomb ban is around a week or so as I've seen before and this is my first time dealing with a stovebomb incident. And after seeing that not a lot of damage was dealt metaphorically I lowered the ban.
