Hello, I'm the admin who approved the PK. When joining a criminal faction, all users understand and partake in the risk of being Permakilled, as is the nature of being a criminal. Members of a faction who break their IC code of conduct or run risk to the faction can be ordered killed by the faction leader. You went up to multiple people asking for help in getting money so you may pay faction-mandated kickups, as well as mentioning kickups in public in front of your other faction members and the faction leader placed orders for you to be killed. Hello, I'm the administrator who gave you a 3 day ban for sit abuse. I've already responded to your friend's appeal, but regarding you, the circumstances are different; the situation began when you and your friend exploited the sit function to gain unauthorized access to the police station followed by cop baiting me to run down the stairs after which you both sat down, The distinguishing factor is that you decided to stand up, run to the other chair for some reason, switching a chair knowing full well I couldn't arrest you because you were sitting down. You and your friend then decided to sit abuse again after I switched characters to deal with you two attempting to leave The police station With the circumstances around you in particular, a 3 day ban is more than justifiable and frankly more leniency than you deserve.

A 3-day ban was issued because you abused the sit function to gain unauthorized access to the police station, running up the stairs to cop-bait me. As I ran down the stairs, you sat down to prevent your arrest and your friend’s. In our brief interaction, you and your friend demonstrated no intent to roleplay on this server. Given your lack of intent to roleplay, cop-baiting, and mingy behavior and the fact you've already been banned for NITRP recently last month on the 30th. the 3-day ban is entirely justified.

Hello, I'm the administrator who approved this Permakill for your character, Lorenzo Fernandez. The reason you were Permakilled is that you disconnected to avoid a felony. I tried bringing you to a sit to talk about the incident, but you decided to leave the server. I then waited for your return and noticed you had switched to a different character to avoid the felony. I brought you to a sit and discussed the in-game court process with you, which you decided you didn’t want to pursue. You refused to switch back to the character to continue the roleplay and instead asked to be banned to circumvent the felony charge. Here's a section from the PK guidelines explaining that you can be permakilled for disconnecting. "If you intentionally disconnect to avoid an arrest that would have been a significant felony OR you simply AFK / refuse to engage with the arrest roleplay you may be "auto-plea'ed" by staff which can result in a prison sentence PK."
