What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Never did anything illegal under Bonannos that the faction itself couldve known of. only worked one shift at the deli and then left the faction. No evidence was brought against me that I did anything illegal under them. There should be no reason for a man getting shot and killed after he quits his job at deli in NYC. I know there is only one appeal per character, and that I JUST got my appeal accepted for this char, but this was completely unjust and that is why I decided to make this appeal. thank you for responding in a quick amount of time and explaining the reasoning. I see the error of my ways and where my actions resulted in my character being PKed and me being banned. I can assure you the profit from said deal was only 15k and the room was only used once. Even though I am in the wrong and my ignorance of the rules is no excuse, I wanted to still show my genuine sincerity and ask for a second chance.

I simply didnt understand the rules properly, though ignorance/lack of due diligence isn't an excuse for breaking rules. I am fairly new returning to the server after a very long hiatus and wish to keep playing especially with this character. I only ask that I be given a second chance here seeing as I wasnt fully aware of the rules surrounding having two criminal characters, nor was I fully aware of which places I could conduct my business at due to a lack of explanation from my higher-ups within my faction pertaining to Sam Wilson (my char).
