I undertsand that but it wasn't in my intention for the guy to just go up and RDM him. He never told me how he was going to do it and I didn't tell him just to go up and shoot him so I feel like he should also be held accountable. Also to reply to axcurs I was on my main all day grinding and rping I was only on that character for that little sliver at night. Also before you say that character is just a "minge" character it is not. I have created many RP situations on that character and I am also quite known as that character aswell. I also didn't vdm or kill anyone that night I didn't even get pulled for that or even banned for that so I don't know where the VDM charge comes in. I was in a car yes but I was not the driver at any of those points.

So I accepted this I said I promise to stop and he sent back and then I got off. I also do not recall rdming anyone since that wasn't even one of the offenses I originally got pulled for. Why should you be unbanned? Dr Hax let me go from the sit with a note and I get off and then I find out later that he decides to just ban me all of a sudden which seems unfair.
