This is one of those shoulda stayed a baked idea it is impractical and makes no sense if you don’t want someone having your f3 then don’t give it out and for cops having your name is part of the game it’s mafia rp and most gangsters were known to the public all bosses names “F3” are public as they would be known realistically it makes no sense for me to meet someone then 30 minutes later forget I ever met him and his name this is not schizophrenic roleplay. And these are the niggas doing our “Roleplay” Events guys trying to take the rp out of the rp server 

Faction got wiped and killed in this servers roleplay if you want to make a faction sure but do something new also you have two days of play time and you could say it some what of a OG playing from 2018 mp typhon and now diverge and I never heard of you even when Cali was around 

Gun rackets are limited and with this idea it would rely heavily on activity from said faction and that means if a faction has low activity or does not sell guns much then these guns will never be seen the way it works now is fine this would just be useless

To add on your backstory is the same one from the OG application it has no real Lore added to it as Frank was killed by Bonannos along with most of his active guys died with him they tried to bring a faction back but it never worked out. Vinny B is a Bonanno now and he himself said it himself this faction does not need to come back

Hey I'm the boss of the faction that pked you and you got whacked for two reason, First off you were supposed to be whacked due to you breaking rule .7 of my faction which is "No Robbing/Mugging unless approved by a made man" which it was not also the guy you robbed not only did he have your f3 not very smart to rob a guy who has your name but also he was a part of a faction we do lots of business with and they requested you be killed. While we looked into this matter we found out it was possible we had a rat and you have no money, reason to think you will be killed due to the mugging and just got out of jail free of charges because you "Sweet Talked" a Officer all signs pointed to you. 

Fucking loved this script also liked having to buy the shit to make the drugs from other factions like matches and cold medicine

Is it really needed? you can't wait 5 seconds for the guy to finish?

The reasons speak for themselves, boxing rp which is picking up and beatings, dont know how doable this is after the changes being made but I feel like its more than plausible.

You were not kicked you left after the failed coupe with lucky russo and sicily sal, you had orders on you before you left the discord, I gave the orders on you around the same time I gave the orders on everyone else in the coupe, in regards to a npc you can be pked infront of a npc but not robbed which you were not and not to mention that the NPC you got whacked infront of is a drug dealer npc.

Its not against the rules to do a pk Infront of eye witnesses or cops as that's all roleplay and will have to deal with that In Character. You were a made guy at a time in my faction, once even a capo you had all our custom cars and left our whitelist you died for a valid reason

Imma help him out here because he is still a kid and does not know how to properly explain himself, he made a playboy magazine, and copied this from a real one he had thought all the boobies where blocked out because he had seen none, come to find out there was multiple boobies and he just never fully checked, kid made a big mistake but should be given another shot because luckily the one who found these documents happened to find them pretty quick and he was banned within the hour and many people did not see these images now that does not make it right, but again he is a kid and should be given another chance. Make it very clear if he rules breaks hes permed and never to be unbanned again, I would not stick out my neck for him if I thought he could not do this

+1 He is my kid brother; he made a mistake almost a year ago and learned his lesson I can vouch that he will follow rules and be true to his word about not doing anything stupid like this again, he is just a kid was even younger when he made this mistake hes more mature now and I think he needs a second chance
