You talk about him as if he cannot see this thread, let people talk for themselves and stop flooding the thread with behavior which is unbecoming of a staff member quite frankly.

The lack of playtime is worrying and the base of the faction is very niche, I do not think it would be very successful. -1

A Greek family would be cool to see on the server. Always wanted a Romanian Gypsy faction, but Greek does check off the Eastern European box quite well. +1

The application is well-thought and the content is impressive. I think this faction would add a fun environment and flavor to the existing Italian roleplay. It would be cool to see the DeCavalcante family on the server. +1
