What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I've been really active again, I have been putting in around 50 hours a week and i find myself bored in the early mornings and i think i could make use of my time on my staff char during those times. I also just miss being staff and i feel like i had a bigger impact on the community while helping take tickets and answering questions for everyone. Also the amount of time I'm putting in can only do me so much good on my cop char or my crime char, I could instead use that time to help make the community a better place. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * While i do believe everyone deserves a chance, I already have a good standing with the staff and community. I have some pretty decent experience and i think i can dedicate a lot more time than someone that might not have the same amount of time to be in the server. When i was staff i really tried to take initiative, i was taking as many tickets as possible and trying to do as much as i could to better the experience for the community. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Yes, I was a Mod for Diverge for a couple months i believe. It was my first time being staff and since then ive been staff on 1 other server (which no longer operates) i was an Admin for Steal A BrainRot for about 2 months i think before the server went down. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No, not even a note. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * Almost everyone in the PD know me and i think i have a pretty good standing with the everyone everywhere else. Most of the encounters ive had were good and i will admit i have had bad encounters and i believe its unavoidable but i always do my best to try to sort things out and make sure no one takes anything personal. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: the 4th of July event from last year was by far my favorite moment. I was riding around on a motorcycle with Lt Ali in patriotic uniforms blasting the star spangled banner lol. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: AuiAnimator, Dong, Sean ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Id get a clip and report it to the other staff, if no one is available i would just handle it myself. If it was someone i was familiar or even friends with well, that sucks because Im still going to dish out punishment to them. Even if that means a Ban. Its my Job and if they take it personal that's on them. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Id begin to gather evidence such as recording clips of the abuse. Id report it to a higher ranking staff than them or id make a UA ticket and report them there. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: As i said before, If no other staff members are available and I'm taking a ticket that involves a friend or someone I'm familiar with, weather that be good or bad, i will handle the situation for what it is. Even if it results in my friend being banned. Its my job and if they take it personal that's on them. They shouldn't be doing things that might get them in trouble. ---------------------------------------------------------

    Ive dealt with him as a cop, as a lawyer, and as staff. I was the banning admin from last month for the RDM. He does goof off alot BUT, I believe everyone deserves a second chance so idk.. Its a +1 for me.

    Ban Appeal

    Im good friends with him IRL, while he does goof off alot he can def be serious and ive had some good rp moments with him. I believe a permanant ban is way to overboard because i know he wasnt alting. The guy wanted to be staff and was really ambitious about leaning more of the game. If given another chance to read the rules and to change his attitude towards the server i believe this man can change and do good for the community.
  5. Seems like an Ok guy, He does ask a lot of questions but its genuine curiosity. Hes taking Initiative which a lot of people lack. I def Plus 1 this and i think hed make a great addition to the staff team.

    While this was clearly a case of LTARP I did see that you were lagging in the clip attached to the ban, you should've made it clear that you planned to reconnect before you disconnected. I do feel 2 days might be a little too much so i shortened it to 12 hrs. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

    RDM APPEAL

    Thank you for making an appeal and we appreciate your time. Unfortunately the girl you RDMed was brand new and had no idea how to make a staff ticket therefore she had her friend do it for her. You clearly admitted to RDM in the clip attached to the ban and ill be adding the link to the clip of her confirming she would have reported it had shed known how. If i let you get away with such acts especially with priors that's unfair to other players of diverge who staff members might not be so lenient on. I hope this helps answer some questions.   8. Then you haven't been around him enough. as staff you are the judge jury and prosecutor. Hes got experience in those fields which make him a perfect candidate. And he does in fact have a crim char. Yall just dont know .

I feel like i could be of use in the early mornings and late nights when the server usually has no staff online. I also spend tremendous amounts of time in the city and have gotten to known quite a few people who suggested i should apply. I would also like to be a bigger part of the community and i believe i could do more help than what i already do in the NYPD faction if i made staff. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * My ultimate goal is to help people and create a better environment for people to RP with. I'm a Sergeant in the NYPD faction and i believe my supervisory position has taught me to be unbiased, assertive, and informative without being too aggressive or upsetting someone for dishing out punishment. This constitutes no bias and i would treat this situation as any other.
