imo I think it would be fine, just would forfeit/restrict PKs from them if theyre plain clothes. Such as a det plain clothes shooting someone however many feet away so they cant see their badge/blue name (which already kind of how it was before)

Hello, firstly I’m gonna set aside the comments regarding the suits that you may or may not have attempted to sell. To me it’s extremely irrelevant and not even mentioned in the dons orders message. The only stated reason for your death was that you left the family, which could create a potential security risk for the faction. You did provide an image showing that you were given permission to leave, and that’s all well and good. However, this is the mafia. We all know people are not and will not always be honest about these sort of things. It is entirely possible to be told one thing and then be dealt with later, when you least expect it. Frankly just how the mafia works. All in all factions can lie about you having permission to leave. Also, even if the person who wrote the orders did not know you were okay to leave, that’s a mistake on them and you would not be getting unpkd for that as well.

Yeah toggle it off mid arrest and say “oh no it wasn’t concealing my identity!”

Hello, As the PKing administrator explained, you leaving the faction after touching the racket does open you up to a PK. Which is what you did and subsequently what happened to your character.

The SteamID you provided is not banned on the server. Are you banned from the discord server and is that what you are trying to appeal?

imagine not having donator, sitting in queue for like 30 minutes, get in, and then getting kicked randomly while playing
