Hello, While your actions may have been an accident it obviously did result in the death of an officer. Obviously this is quite a serious crime, though somehow you did not receive a felony for it. Regardless, the faction you were in believed your actions would bring heat to them, and importantly an ally. As well as deeming it as general recklessness. They are completely within their right to order the death of your character due to this action.

With you ordering drugs while you were in the faction they are completely allowed to kill you for leaving the faction like you did. The orders were written and you were set active on the exact day you left the faction, so no issues there. All in all everything with this PK is completely valid.

Hello, obviously you understand breaking FearRP like that is a clear PK by the rules I dont think there is an argument to be made there. Otherwise this is far out of the NPC range simple put. As shown in the map this is a yellow zone as well which means you are allowed to be placed under FearRP in such location. If you had an issue with the mug it would have been best for you to make a ticket instead of breaking roleplay by talking OOCly and attempting to fight back.

Hello, you were automatically PK'd due to you being killed by a member of your faction who was PK active, due to how the system works this immediately PKs you character. While you have no clip of your death by looking at logs it shows that this was more than likely a case of you being RDM'd, so you will be getting unpk'd. I recommend you clip in the future to ensure nothing is left to be ambiguous Though do note had this not been a case of RDM this would not be getting accepted.

Hello, first off this is definitely a finicky situation, especially considering the on going event. While it is true you did not engage the police directly you did put yourself in a position to potentially get involved with a fire fight with the cops. While that may not have happened I am sure you can see how it could be viewed like that and seemed like you had little regard for you life in that moment. Do keep in mind though even if you don't begin shooting even aiming your weapon at an officer can be taking as initiating a violent encounter. Though all things considered as you quoted in the rules regarding police PKs you must be the one to initiate the violent altercation, which did not happen in this instance you were simply just trying to kill the perpetrator who had killed your friend. This is definitely a rough situation so I urge you to think a little differently next time, even if you had aimed your weapon at them directly, even accidentally, this would likely be a denial.

I’ll reply to each point made by you individually. Firstly, the use of third person here does not constitute as third person abuse. While the mugger may have used it gain an edge on you, this is not third person abuse. Third person abuse would be using it to see through solid objects you would not normally be able to do, such as walls to see inside of a building. As for the PK appeal that an uninvolved member graciously posted, that PK was overturned for reasons beyond the use of third person despite not being detailed in the reply. Secondly, while the doorway is SLIGHTLY in view of the NPCs line of sight, I believe it is far way enough and not in its direct view for it to not be an issue. Regardless most of the mugging takes place while you are inside the building/doorway. Lastly frankly I don’t believe it’s too much of a coincidence for someone to be waiting to mug someone who comes into a back alley & back door of a building. Kind of a prime/realistic mugging spot honestly.
