While it may be true that you died to crossfire and that’s why you weren’t arrested, I was still told that you ran into the room with the police as they entered. Once again if you weren’t the snitch I am sorry I don’t like to take any risk at all when it comes to security. It’s hard to get a 100% certainty all while making sure more incidents like that don’t happen again. So, If I get any suspicion it’s best to nip it in the bud before it gets worse, which is what happened to you.

I (the don) was the person who ordered your death. Your death was linked to the situation that happened at the Napoli room prior, after that happened a few people that are allies of ours came to me ICly stating that they witnessed you run into the room with the police and then run out. This came off as questionable to me and a possible hole in our security. Which I take very seriously in my faction. Additionally the fact that everyone in that room was arrested BUT you also came off as questionable. To be 100% safe I decided it would be best to have you killed. I lost two good earners in that raid and couldn't take anymore chances. If you weren't the snitch well, sorry, but I must take all measures possible to ensure the security and longevity of my family.

In your own clip you linked of you ramming that guy its clear you were just minging with you vehicle and RDM baiting. It seems like you have little intention of properly roleplaying or escalating confrontations appropriately. Additionally, in the clip Adam linked in his reply, where you approach a small group of people to hurl slurs at them until they kill you, this further reinforces that point. Slightly unrelated but frankly, it shouldn't come as a surprise that they ended up killing you in that situation.

Heres the context to the flag blacklist, Yesterday I saw you put up a dupe which blocked off the parking areas of little italy. Despite your priors for prop misusage I had decided to be lenient and simply tell you to delete it and not paste it again. Which you agreed to and promptly did. THEN, just a day later, today, you pasted the SAME dupe also in little italy, ALSO blocked a property and parking area within little italy. Considering your POs and the fact that just the day before I had told you not to place that very dupe I believed that blacklisting your flags would be a completely valid punishment. Additionally, after I had taken your flags another administrator came to me and said that in a separate incident (whether it was before or after our initial discussion I dont know) in which you had placed this same dupe once again blocking a parking area of little italy. And in this situation someone WAS crushed and killed.

The family/faction you were in ordered your death due to you "causing problems, disrespecting fellow members, and starting drama". When you join a criminal faction you agree that there is inherent risk that comes with this life, the most major being the possibility of death if the leaders of the faction so choose so. Unfortunately for you, you were murdered right after you got out of prison.

While yes situations like this could be considered an in character issue. It is quite clear in this situation that you and your friend were ONLY there to cause issues and be a general nuisance to her for no real apparent reason. I do believe your actions may not constituent RDM baiting, moreso general minging then anything, I think that with your playtime and note history you should know better by now.

Hello PKing admin here, One of the leaders of the faction you were killed from requested your death, the reason listed for your death was due to you giving the faction a "bad rep". When joining a faction you agree that there was inherent risks that come with doing such, the main one being the possibility of death. From what I can tell by logs you were somewhat deep into this criminal life, ordering drugs on multiple occasions. In regards to your OOC bias comment I can't exactly comment on that. I saw a ticket was made regarding dons orders on your character, took the ticket, made sure you accessed the racket and set you active.
