After thorough investigation it was proven that the man who killed you in retaliation had Marco Loops F3 prior to this incident. He additionally had complete IC knowledge of what had happened. Making this PK valid & nothing goes against the rules of the server.

There is absolutely nothing wrong this PK to invalidate it. The officers were obviously using the baton to try and stun you, they had only hit you a few times and were not in danger of death (baton cannot even kill). Another way you could think of this is, if you punch a cop like twice or three times we wouldn’t accept that as you starting a violent encounter and would likely not subject you to a PK. It is also irrelevant which cop you shot first. Once you start an encounter with any officer you are capable of being killed and PK’d by any other officer. Additionally by how you were acting in the clip it seems likely that you were purposefully allowing yourself to be hit by the baton in order to try and justify shooting the cops so you would not get arrested. But, first point is the core to the decision. All in all in this situation you showed that you did not value your characters life in this RP scenario.

Super unfortunate situation with a lot of key pieces throughout. Though, if the don had went schizophrenic and thought you had plans on killing/couping him, even if you weren’t, he is within his rights to remove you by killing you. For the other reason listed, even if the don was mistaken and believed you had partaken in hits even if you didn’t he is allowed to kill you. If he has made a mistake it’s on him at the end of the day. There is no evidence to show this PK was done out of bad faith, which could have changed things for this appeal. More likely it was done from poor management somewhere along the way on either side.

While the orders contained a mixture of OOC and IC reasoning, the focus here should be on the IC justifications for ordering your death. Based on the reasons outlined in the orders, the faction was entirely justified in killing you.

Yeah this is just terrible metagaming. Very clearly against the rules invalidating this PK. You will be moved out of the faction all IC knowledge you had gained from the death before your death is now null and void, you cannot target the faction as well in retaliation to your death.
