Hello, as Boomroasted mentioned, and as you briefly acknowledged yourself, what you did was wrong, plain and simple. Discord VCs are inherently OOC spaces, and using information from them in any capacity for in game decisions/actions is a direct violation of the rules. This standard exists for a reason: it protects the integrity of the roleplay and ensures that every player is operating on a fair and immersive playing field on the server. While it may be unfortunate that you’re learning this lesson under these circumstances, it’s important to recognize the impact your actions had on the experience of others. Mixing OOC and IC information can seriously derail others roleplay, create unfair advantages, and break immersion for everyone involved. With all of that in mind, I actually believe the ban you received was quite lenient already. Given the nature of the situation and how it affected the roleplay for multiple players, staff could have justifiably issued a more severe punishment. Hopefully this serves as a reminder going forward to be more careful, stay within the boundaries of the rules, and keep OOC spaces separate from in game roleplay. I recommend you read through all the rules to avoid this happening again.

Hello, As the PKing admin responded the situation related to your character fit properly under our servers PK guidelines as you seemingly intentionally ran over the police in an attempt to allude them, starting a violent encounter. Unfortunately, we do not particularly give second chances when it comes to permanent kills such as the one you found yourself in. I recommend you read through the PK guidelines to get a clear understanding of how PK's work int his server so you may not find yourself in this situation again.

Hello, the family you were in ordered your death for the reasons yumeko listed. While these reasons may or may be true it still is generally enough to result in the death in your character. BUT, in this situation you never partaken in felonious criminal actions tied to the organization you were in (ie. ordering drugs from the vendor). Per the PK guidelines you may not kill a member of your family not involved in such criminal actions such as you, so you will be getting un-perma killed. Though, there is a few other things to I would like to note in this appeal. First of which is I will be changing your characters name to something more proper as "John Faps" does not reach our expectation of role play, primarily from the last name. Secondly after your death you had went to the scene of the crime and told the officers it was your body and told them who had killed you. In no uncertain terms let it be known this is against the rules and you will be punished for such.

i mentioned this in staff chat but i’ll say it here as well for the masses, i feel as if that if weapons become uncompable, escalation would be more likely to gradually escalate, opposed to people jumping to shooting instantly. melees would be a much more viable option. would lead to better roleplay and better escalation (day to day and even large scale faction escalations) in my general opinion like 85% of the day to day escalations that happen in the street could be handled without the use of a firearm; it’s simply unrealistic for people to instantly jump to shooting.
