There isn't any proof of "PK hunting" or "Mass Mugging", at this point they are just buzz words used because they know they can't ban you for being "generally disliked and complained about"

This and Daddy Skull's appeal are a great example of how simply being disliked is enough to be permanently banned. I think it's really fucking sad that someone can follow the rules and still get banned for playing the server in a way that's fun to them. It's the same situation for both appeals, they will continue to sit it perma-ban limbo until they quit the server or pay for re-entry. Mugging is a big part of diverge RP, it delivers a reason to fear for losing your shit if you're being careless or caught in a bad place. "Mugging Char" is a sad excuse for a ban, Hans has millions of self-earned value and is risking it every time he attempts to mug. If bans like this are continued to be handed out, we'll all eventually just be sitting around waiting for shipments or the next GM event. Either remove mugging or fix the system, this shit is stupid. +1

The guy in the clip claimed I was following him at first, which he said as I was literally walking away (not only that but you can see him walking around for a whole minute while I was tabbed out). After he said that, I was planning to go up to him and whisper something random but he pulled the gun almost immediately. If he would have said something like "get away or im gonna kill you" or some valid threat, I would have just walked away. The only reason I shot was because I thought he would shoot first (guy seems like a minge to me). He made an in game ticket and I tried to explain that he pointed a gun at me, which I thought at the time is a valid reason to shoot back, but Velocity said it was RDM baiting (something I've never done nor do I tolerate). I could see how he would think that, and I don't think his reasoning was bad either. On his side of things, I rdm'd the same guy a bit earlier before the ban bc he was saying some very disrespectful shit to me and people I know. This led to me making the mistake of shooting him for no RP reason. I don't have many recent RDM PO's (only a 2 or 3 in the past eight months) reflected by the short ban I received. I would like to apologize for crashing out on this guy during my first interaction with him, it was unwarranted and out of the ordinary compared to my normal behavior. I should've left this guy alone but I really thought he was up to no good/minge-ing. My reasoning for making this appeal is to see what other people think of my second interaction with him and see if it really was RDM. After talking to a lot of people about this situation, I've realized that I was being pretty reckless during that night in the city. I came back to the server a few days ago after a 3 year break, and a lot has changed. I've been really enjoying my time on Diverge so far and this is the only bad experience I have been in since I returned. I don't want to lose my original Character, it's been a long time coming just to go out in such an unrealistic way. I'd also like to apologize to @adam, I portrayed you as a bad person throughout my appeal, and that wasn't okay. I won't ignore the way you handled the situation, but I should have been the bigger man and kept my opinion of you and the opinion others have about you, out of things. I really hope Donato gets a second chance, and I hope you guys can understand how it feels being in this dilemma.

I didn't - It was late at night, I had my brightness and gamma turned way down for ease on the eyes. Not only that, but I did not initiate the initial vdm of the officer, so I shouldn't have been shot in the first place. It was a probationary cop who I guarantee didn't mean to shoot me instead of the guy they've been chasing for the past 5-10 minutes. I wish we could've had a full conversation about this before you ditched me in the support call. Adding to this you can hear the officer on the ground say at 6 seconds (before I even backed over him) to "shoot at him" referring to the brown car.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I would've never been PK'd if I didn't make a ticket about possibly receiving a compensation for my car glitching out on a body and blowing up. I will expand on this by providing the clip I took of the situation. I have a full 5 minute clip of me not interacting with police until the end of it. I was vdm'd by some guy in a brown car. I find him a few minutes later and chase him, he plows into a police truck, knocking a cop on the ground. I did NOT notice this, and backed up to chase the rule breaker. In the process I ran over the cop and he got stuck inside of my car, draining the HP of the car and blowing it up, resulting in me dying and losing my gun. I made a ticket to possibly receive comp for the weapon. I was not attacking the police, in fact I was attempting to do the opposite, which was to stop this guy from vdm-ing any more people. I know it's not my job to do that, nor should I have. My intention was not to kill/attack any officer, I just wanted the guy who had killed multiple people (including an attempt on my life) with his car to stop.
