This is fairly obvious. You took the gun out of your bank and within a minute, as the cassette shipment crate was counting down to 0. You shot the guy at 1 second. So your friend standing on the shipment could get it. A cassette store version of "Frank Sinatra - Luck be a Lady". You then left the server 2 minutes later. While you may not realize it, this is against he killing rules. If you had placed him under FEAR RP or handled the situation differently. This would not have been RDM ( Random Death Match ). But I think you were just being a little sneaky here. It is also considering LTAP ( Leaving to avoid punishment ), as you recently killed someone and disconnected under a damage cooldown. I realize you have no record up until this point, if you had admitted the infractions this would likely have been appeal or reduced. 1. Yes your friend is stabbed. I may have initially been confused in that regard. You assist in attacking the perpetrator. But end up attacking your friend. So far, this is fine. 2. Cop sees the incident and after some time arrest your friend. 3. Eventually he is cuffed by Probationary Officer Tamino Conley 4. You then swap your character and attacked the arresting officer. 5. After attacking the arresting officer, you are arrested, quickly sign a plea and swap to your Discharge Cop character. 6. You stay on your discharge cop character for 35 minutes, immediately going into the back cell area. During which time you are reported by several other cops for metagame. I was streamed a clip, where you seemed highly suspicious in my eyes. Asking about and doing a bad job at subtly attempting to gain information. In my eyes, you attempted to a spin a story in the sit room, which I believed to false. I apologise if I did not do an adequate job at explaining it to you, or If I seemed a little short with you. But you did break the rules here and I felt you were only upset at getting caught. If this is false, this was only the impression I got at the time. I mean no hard feelings. To recap. 1. Character Abuse, you swapped between characters, directly attacked the officer involved. While previously being involved in the same RP situation. You then attempted to gain information on a discharged cop character. 2. Metagame, you used knowledge from your other character, for your other characters to come in the city; to attempt to directly effect the outcome of an arrest. You were previously involved in. tl;dr - You would not have been on either of those character if the initial arrest did not happen.

The officer must make a reasonable attempt to arrest you. In the context of watching the brown car, I think it's more than possible to miss the officer. Further, you were at a pitted position at the time of the officer shooting. Without any other instructions given, this PK lacks the officers POV and may lack crucial context. With the officer also stating he just shot, because of minge behavior from a third party. I find a reasonable attempt at arrest was not made in this case. Also, I know you touched on this. But give Adam a break, he's doing his best so that we all can have a solid platform to play on, there's no bias here and he doesn't deserve any grief over this or for you to paint him in a negative light. Hey there. You have 3 PO's for RDM, 1 for mass VDM and than for VDM/Fail Mug. You have all these bans in the last year. The clip shows you showing a blatant disregard for the person your VDM and the person you ran over for no reason. Hey ban will expire soon, you could argue accidental, but it does seem fairly intentional. You have notes and bans for minging/nitrp, avdm and NLR. So it's likely this was interpreted as you continuing to minge and you were punished more harshly. It's for both. Expands possible things to do as a corrupt cop, and gives an untrustworthy mechanic. Where you would need to trust the person involved, gives the ability for either party. To cause issues for the other involved.

1. Allow the police, rank locked. To sell select equipped firearms ( on your back items ) to criminals as single use weapons ( too hot to store ). 2. Create a command that police can use to check the serial of anyone who has these weapons on their back. The serial can be checked in the police computer, to see the officer who the gun is requisitioned out to. 3. Allow police to set up busts using this mechanic. As to make it untrustworthy and promote having a corrupt guy on the inside. - If you have an alt in a faction, the command doesn't run.

You were part of an investigation for it which it was found you heavily middlemaned a number of high value items and transferred the majority of your own from your Callaghan character, through a proxy; sharing all of your banks with McCarthy characters, leaving them nearly empty. You took a lot of items from Cannon's original character, transferred many into #Gift or #Locker 1. You maintained direct access to a number of high value McCarthy banks which were used as deposit points. I do not see any evidence of fair market value being paid, I see April 15, the day after Cannon was PKed and the days leading up to to it. You and others simple exploited sharing banks with eachother to move stuff to McCarthy accounts. Example: #62207 (MESO P/E) and #62553 (Texas P/E) your nearly empty Callaghan banks are shared to the following permissions. With others having shared similar access for your McCarthy character. ex; #Gift (OWNER) Ethan O’Connor Eoin “Toasty” Dunlavey Niall Dunlavey Aisling McCarthy Yes it looks bad considering that it could and has hurt Callaghan, if you wanted out. This was not the approach, you can't just simply act as a group; drain all valuables from your Callaghan characters and start new civs using the resources obtained. This is character abuse. This was a concerted effort involving multiple individuals to jumpstart a new faction, throwing away your old characters in the process. With allegation involving attempting to poach members, while maintaining said characters, which could effectively sabotage said faction. Other do it isn't a viable defense, if we catch word of wrong doing and investigation yield results. We will punish accordingly.

Hello banning staff. We have compiled a 150+ document that links to this ban. What it has shown is you assisted in item-transfer before becoming staff. Notably an NOI suit. I believe you took the opportunity to learn how to safely transfer your items, while as staff. Exploiting information learned. You had your friends systematically empty all your old bank accounts and then shared access to those bank accounts with you and your McCarthy friends, on McCarthy characters. Your friends and you transferred large amounts of items of high value items. The day after you got Pked on April 15th, most everyone involved shows up on this day passing items between each other and into select banks. ( some even spamming lobsters to obscure logs ) These select banks typically being a Callaghan bank shared with McCarthy characters. Including a specific 'Gift' bank, which you were added to on your Cannon and your Aisling McCarthy character ( later removed ), which contained many high value items from your previous char. You were straight given other item from Callaghan characters such as your Thomas' suit. Other banks such as Locker #1, had guns originating from Callaghan characters and your dead character. Passed between characters to be put into said locker. Notable items include a Mini-14 dropped and deposited. It was also identified previous to the investigations as a "McCarthy gun bank". With information being provided including dms and screenshots. You and several others, emptied their banks of their most valued possessions into these banks. You appear to conducted a large meth for cocaine deal, a couple days before getting pked and redirected that cocaine. A few webhooks to unauthorized discords were put into these banks. Linking to people involved. The evidence shows you maintained technical possession of your items for use for your new faction and employed a systematic approach to doing so. If you wish to confess your full involvement, it may help your appeal. Otherwise please wait for another staff to respond.

Hey, just FYI. The appeal process starts with the banning staff, who responds to why they banned the person and is processed by another staff member without their involvement in the final say. You are actively backing up on this clip, the model clipping slightly because of it. Is not a bug.

Hello banning staff here. From examining the clip, it looked intentional to me. You sped past the vehicle, then went full speed backed up into the car. Even continuing backing up after he died. While this is not always going to blow up the vehicle, in this situation you initiated and followed through and caused a death. You had previous offenses for the same thing and your behavior in the sit, I believed to be mingey and lack any sort of remorse. Simply insisting it wasn't your fault and refusing to take any sort of responsibility for the incident that you caused. You currently have 6 bans and 2 notes in 11 months, if this was a first offense, I would have been more lenient. But considering that, and I don't believe this to be an accident or bug. I think this was more than fair.
