So in summary I never chased him he chased and followed me after one incident of hitting his car, he admit as much as trying to active block me btw this chase he was blocking in wasn't due to the very first incident but cause I did a bit of reckless driving. In the clip he even goes "got you that time" showing it ain't the first time he tried shooting me, he was actively hunting me down to get a reason to shoot

Hey there I'm the hummer driver, I hit this guy once in his car and he starts chasing me anytime he saw me so I pinned his car once he started to shoot me and I left and didn't bother him at all, next time I got into a chase he comes out of nowhere to try and block me getting involved in a chase that had nothing to do with him at all. So he follows me all the way to car dealer so I just pinned his car and flipped it so he can stop chasing me and leave. Between the first incident and this one there was atleast 5 - 10 mins before he came out of no where to follow me and hit my vehicle.

I hit his truck once and he follows me to try get some revenge and seems to me was to bait me into doing this just so he can shoot me. Since he knows exactly how to try and claim defense in the rules when he was the one following me and chasing me when I didn't chase him.

• keep it private

• both people consent

• no harassing random players

• no public ERP spam

• staff can intervene if it becomes disruptive

And the “too many minors” argument doesn’t even make sense when the server already allows tons of mature themes. Violence, drugs, organized crime, torture RP, strip clubs, etc. are apparently fine for immersion, but flirting too hard in private DMs is where the line gets drawn?

Also people seriously need to stop acting like every romantic interaction is ERP. Half the examples being discussed are normal relationship RP that already happens naturally:
“/me pulls Isabella closer and kisses her while music plays from the club speakers”
That is not some insane explicit scene.

Realistic mafia RP includes relationships, affairs, drama, and intimacy sometimes. Banning anything remotely ERP-related entirely just feels inconsistent with the rest of the server.
