What are the costs of properties for faction owners?

Yeah like some factions have oil trades while some have arms, clothing, restaurants etc. How does that system work like, and what are the costs for establishing?

Makes sense. Hopefully it will be ported to S&box (Source 2) whenever that's out.

What type of businesses can factions purchase and what are the prices? Is there a guide somewhere with all this info.

I see that most people have around 100-200 ping. Where is the server located exactly and why is average ping so high?
