Why should you be unbanned? Hello, I joined the server while it was 1987 RP and this had been the first ever seriousRP server I had ever been on. I messed around too much, and the final straw was the "invention of swatting" where I basically would grab phones, and make false 911 calls, and then throw them away. I did this all across the city, and even bought phones for other players to do the same. I justified it in my head as roleplaying as an insane anarchist who had a defiant attitude towards police, but I understand how that came across as NITRP. I do have every intention of roleplaying on the server, and now that I have played other serious RP servers that I won't name, I am more accustomed to the rules of serious RP, things like FearRP, valuing your freedom, not breaking character, etc. Playing those other servers also made me abundantly aware how robust and superior this server is, especially with how mechanically advanced policeRP is- right down to something like having fingerprints on a gun or being able to look at call history, or not being able to see players' names by defaults so as to prevent metagaming. I also have become super familiar with minges, and how much they hurt the server, and ruin others' ability to RP and ruin their immersion. I have been on the receiving end of my actions on this server, and it is incredibly frustrated. This confirmed to me that I would never do that to anyone else again. I don't like it when minges mess with my gameplay, so why would it have been ok to do that to other players? I am terribly sorry for all the issues I caused when I was on the server, and for harming the experience of other players, but I have learned a lot in the last 15 months, have grown as a player and an RPer, and would love to be a part of this community again.

Yeah no I get what you're saying. I wasn't seriously going to do anything, I picked the most wild thing possible to think of. I didn't think it though. There's no excuse for it... I am willing to do what it takes to earn the trust of this community and show this is just an isolated incident. All I am asking is for one more chance to prove myself

I did get banned shortly after making a second character- and I still had like, a minute left on my sentence on my first character- so that was probably why it falls under this. Length of ban: Permanent Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I don't recall breaking rule 13- I was under the assumption I was getting banned because of real world threats. I was having a rough day and was really frustrated with someone who was following me around and hitting me. I crashed out and said some stuff I didn't mean. Why should you be unbanned? I will admit that I did break the rules, and I do not dispute why I was banned. What I will say is that I really did not mean the threats I made, I lashed out out of frustration and said that I would pull someone's IP and find them. I understand that this is unacceptable behavior, but I will also say that I had neither the intention nor the ability to follow through with such a threat. I understand that it is incredibly stupid to say something like that even out of anger and that as staff there has to be a no tolerance policy, but the whole reason we have rules and punishment is to prevent these things from ever happening again. I assure you that this was an isolated incident of anger, I pushed the boundaries of the server, and I will not make any comments like that ever again. My lesson is learned- there will be no repeat offense. I understand that even as an empty threat, these threats have to be taken VERY seriously. In addition, in regard to the "Global Rule 13" I understand that even with not that much time on my sentence, I should wait it out and not switch characters, or delete a character that has a sentence- because that falls under LTARP- breaking RP and bypassing punishments. I will not make that mistake again either. In doing this appeal I have had a chance to reread the rules much more thoroughly so these mistakes won't be made again. I really like your server, you have a massive community, great helpful staff, and there's so much to do on the server. I want to be an active member- I am not here to grief or troll. I am here to have fun. I know that my actions early on have made it seem like that was not my intention- but I speak with the utmost sincerity. THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. I want to be a productive, positive member of your robust community for many years to come.
