Your friend clearly did not know at the time that you were messing around and you should not have left the server immediately after killing someone regardless. In this instance, not only did you tie them right in front of an ATM, not only in public within the City Hall square which is not marked as a red or yellow zone and is therefore not a mugging area, but also right in front of 2 cops who quickly arrested you. There is no excuse to go around attempting these muggings without knowing the rules involved. While I appreciate you being apologetic I do not feel this ban should be reversed.
