Maybe later in life, after you have learned to read, write, spell, and count, you will have more success. True, these are rudimentary skills that many of us "normal" people take for granted that everyone has an easy time of mastering. How about instead of regular cash you get a "Marked Bills" item that you can sell to an npc, or run the risk of having the police find it on you. Cops receive an alert when you rob the ATM, they search suspects nearby for the bills or check CCTV (if there is any). Could be balanced.
