+/- I know this guy can roleplay well and hells angels as a faction idea is good, especially with the SOS already being around However; Hells angels used to be a faction back in the day and they were among one of the worst factions in the server. They were hardly ever active, had one of the worst drugs at the time and i feel like anyone interested in biker gangs is already in SOS

Would probably be a good addition for equipping/unequipping guns but as for actually pulling them out it doesn't really add something - if somebody pulls a gun out in front of you close enough to see a /me you're either dead too fast to see it or they're not gonna shoot you so it just makes it useless
