And my final point, I have never been PK'd for mugging, which further shows that I have no intentions on making or having a char exclusively for mugging, as mentioned in rule #12.

In summary, this should not be considered a mugging char because of the assets that the char has, the age of the char, and the fact that it was a former faction member. Why should you be unbanned? This was claimed to be "RDM", Which I feel was applied to the situation wrongfully. The officer in question had been brought to the scene by a white shirt, claiming my friend (I have is name) was pointing his MAC-11 at him. During this interaction, I was using a camera to photograph the white shirt. When I was done, I accidentally pulled my firearm since you cant see the wheel while using the camera. The officer witnessed this, so he approached and asked for my ID so he could check the firearms registry. Knowing the firearm I had was redacted, I never had a firearm license, and I had 3 bricks of marijuana on my person, this prompted me to shoot the officer to prevent my felony arrest and possible PK. Should I have waited knowing the officer was going to arrest me? If I waited the officer could easily have called for backup, or tazed me unexpectedly, and that would have basically doomed me. The officer had already effectively said I was under arrest when he asked for my gun license and I had an illegal firearm. These are the reasons I believe the RDM rule was applied wrongfully because I had every reason to believe I would be felony arrested and possibly PK'D. why was my appeal reviewed by the same mod who banned me? how does this make sense

I owned townhouse #1 and a man approached my doorstep to which i told him to leave, to which his response was to stand and stare then strafe back and fourth. multiple others had also come up to my doorstep and had to be told to leave previous to this event. I apologize for killing him, and I understand I only gave 1 or 2 warnings, but I did give time to react, and I feel this ban was applied wrongly according to rule #4 of the killing rules.
