Hello diverge family! I am formally applying for a position on your staff team! I have been described on LinkedIn as a "rockstar" and "office superhero". My work experience is mostly people oriented, I was able to strike deals with Afghan villagers for opium. This proves my ability to work with the large British population on this server. I am a disabled veteran, I am a honest god fearing humble man, I am a proud divergian and long term player, I am committed to my role as an elderly black man and I will not break character even when taking tickets. Bringing elegance and luxury to the city, tying in with our British heritage. As our main business, we would run a gentleman’s club/lounge. This would be considered a higher class establishment, where a strict dress code would be enforced to uphold our classy appearance. Once established, regular members will have the opportunity to purchase a VIP membership to the club where once a member, they will have the opportunity to enter into exclusive giveaways, enter private auctions for exclusive items, eat and drink for free for life, attend private parties, participate in a gentleman's boxing league and much more. We intend to be more business focused, rather than on bloodshed. We aim to have a well established private society, with an illegal racket running in the background. We also plan to have a tailoring shop as an addition onto the club. We aim to make buying clothing a new way of Rping. For example, if someone is to come in looking for a suit we would measure the individual and tailor the suit to them to ensure each item purchased feels personal to the buyer. This will apply for hats, shirts, jackets, and pants. VIP membership would also apply to the tailoring shop, bringing discounts and first dibs on newly stocked clothing items. For our members, we aim to offer a unique and refreshing roleplay experience. Don’t expect the typical stand in front of the door guard that everyone is tired of. We will offer immersive tasks and roleplay for our members to keep them engaged, even from the lowest rank. The auctions would start at a much lower price than buying price so there will be a real incentive for people to participate. For faction members we aim to hold weekly "block parties" where faction members and guests can come to mingle. Appreciation and awards will be handed out to top performers of the week. We also want to give new people who come to the faction a more enjoyable time. No more sitting on a door for five years. We aim to have different positions for new members. For example errand runners, bodyguards, drivers, and bartending. One of our biggest goals is to keep new members interested instead of staring into the street senselessly. We plan to have open bar nights where drinks and food are free for anyone. To further iterate on our faction being heavily business based, we intend to build relations with other factions, but in the scenario that someone tries impeding on our business we wont hesitate to show face. (Reference your unique RP from the question above): In the Kinahan we plan to open a good ol’ Irish Pub called “The Rusty Shamrock”, at least that was the name of the Pub we had back In Dublin. This allows us to not only have a good experience for the citizens of New York as they come through and get a drink, but lets us operate behind the scenes, doing deals, having sit-downs, and having that Irish private experience behind closed doors. Running the day-to-day of the Pub will be nice and time consuming for our Hangaround and lower members. In addition to the Pub and its dealings, The Kinahan also prides Itself on Its Independence, being made up of surviving members of the IRA and families who were victimized by the Orange Order. As such, we don’t tolerate being controlled or bottle-necked by other factions. Compared to your usual “Italian” group, we don’t just sit behind closed doors and complain, we get out there, we get our hands dirty, and most of all we’re not going to be quiet about it. The Kinahans are a group that won’t take shit, and aren’t afraid to receive it. We’ll frequently get our boys together to trash stores owned by people who’ve disrespected us, key their cars, and do everything we can to drive them mad until they’re ready for an ol’ Irish Shootout (aka we’re firebombing ya and lighting you up with AK’s, up the RA). As for event Ideas there are plenty of things we can do for our boys to keep them engaged. Being an Irish faction we can "Receive shipments of weapons” from the IRA, or even hold mini Racket Events (Context: NOT that racket change event you guys had recently) where they encourage members to bring in the most money they can to support our efforts with the IRA. Another type of event we can hold is a good ol’ drinking contest. We can work this into a variety of ways, maybe things like “Fastest while Drunk, Longest police chase while drunk” Etc. At the end of the day, the Kinahan Clan Is a brotherhood that prides Itself on Independence and not taking shit from any group or party, and we’ll do everything to remind our remembers that so long as we have one another, the Kinahan Clan won’t be suppressed or put-out by anyone. His father was a machinist, and his mother worked nights in a local bar. Raised in a working-class home, Ludwig grew up with oil on his hands and fire in his chest. He became a skilled mechanic by sixteen, known for rebuilding engines from scrap. But Hamburg’s streets taught him more than wrenches and torque they taught him how to survive. By 1987, he was a patched member, and by 1988, he was President of the NYC-based chapter, known as “Mad Dog” for how unbreakable he seemed on the road. Under his leadership, the chapter grew. All though I did fuck around, I do not intend to do that again and this time properly just play on the police force as I was doing before, starting from scratch.
