It’s not just a bunch of guys shooting for turf or trying to look flashy. This is a group rooted in culture and quiet control. On the surface, they run a small Palestinian café. You’ve got food, music, tea, prayer, and community. But behind that, they’re moving serious product. Cocaine shipments come in through family connections overseas and are moved through the city without making a mess. We’re aiming for deep, immersive RP. Cultural events, coded drop-offs, loyalty trials, and in-character consequences. There’s tension between the life they came from and the one they’re building now. They’re not loud about their business, but when the Mahri name comes up, people know it means something. How will your faction stay active and engaging? Enforcers, fixers, frontmen, café staff, smugglers. We want it to feel alive, and like it actually functions. Organization Backstory: The Mahri family didn’t come to America to run drugs. They came because their home was taken from them. Their village in Palestine was leveled overnight with no warning and no mercy. Haroun Mahri packed up his family and fled. They landed in a beat-up neighborhood on the East Coast in 1979 with nothing but a prayer book, a family name, and the will to survive. They opened a café. It wasn’t much, just taboon bread, lentil soup, and strong mint tea served in chipped glasses. But it gave them purpose. It gave the neighborhood a place to gather. For a while, that was enough. Haroun worked sunrise to sunset, and his sons took whatever jobs they could get. Dock work, dishwashing, hauling crates at the market. Anything to keep the lights on. Then came the threats. Local gangs saw the café bringing in steady business and wanted a cut. Haroun refused. He didn’t run from tanks just to start paying street punks. That decision nearly killed him. One morning in 1985, he opened the back door and lost his leg to a pipe bomb. After that, his sons changed. They weren’t just boys helping their father anymore. They became something else. Merikh, the oldest, stepped up as the planner. Quiet and calculating, the kind of man who watches everything before making a move. Najim, his younger brother, was different. Louder, more emotional, but loyal as they come. He had no problem getting his hands dirty. They pushed back hard, and word spread fast that the Mahri family didn’t play around. They started protecting other immigrant businesses. First for free, then for a fee. Respect turned into power. Through cousins back in Jordan and Turkey, shipments started coming in. It started with cigarettes, then hash, then cocaine. The café stayed open, always clean and sacred, but the back room told a different story. They had rules. No drugs in their own community. No violence near the café. Loyalty over everything. You break those, you're gone. By 1989, the Mahri name meant more than just food and family. It meant protection. Power. Presence. Now they're in Liberty City. Not to start over. To take what’s theirs. "We don’t forgive. We preserve."

I understand the seriousness of the actions that led to my removal from the community, and I’d like to explain my perspective, express sincere remorse, and ask for some understanding of what happened. I started Garry's Mod not too long ago (around a week or 2). With little understanding, like most players, I joined the first and one of the biggest public servers also known as MafiaRP. All I did at the start was just roam around and figure out how to play, hell I didn't even know how to use voice chat. My first 5 hours were solely on MafiaRP and I didn't understand what RP, RDM, NITRP, LTARP, NLR, etc, meant. Even to this day I still don't know the terms. I was just working myself around garrysmod figuring out how to play and what to do. But ill explain my beginnings of the ban's page on forums. My first offence was me getting banned for the following: LTARP/ PO x3/ Attempted RDM in sit. Which to be quite frankly with you, I have no clue what that meant at the time since it was my first time playing and I wasn't told what PO x3 meant and I still don't know what this means to this day. Attempted RDM which I know now as random deathmatch. Which I understand what they mean but the admin was in God mode and I only had fists but I totally agree with them on this ban. LTARP was me not knowing the rules which is partially my fault for not knowing what it meant by reading the rules, but a warning would've been nice, especially for this case. The 2nd offence was me killing officers on sight, then again this was like the day after I was unbanned, when I still partially didn't understand the rules. I had killed an officer named Joey Grimes which was within the rules and was accepted. I then was feeling on top of the world and shot 2 officers for doing nothing because I had heard from Joey Grimes in a voice call in discord that he had like the whole PD on me at the time (there was like 7 people online total). So I made a mistake, the second the car stopped at me and the pals I made when I was a fugitive, I shot both of them, without them saying a word. I am truly sorry for acting out this way but I had felt the need to since I didn't want PK. The 3rd offence was me messing around and fighting people on the streets for fun with the same pals I made earlier. This offence had happened when I saw a guy on the street, and by the way, we have had past with this guy. I just asked him for some simple medicine. He then replies,"F*ck ni@!**, I ain't got shit for you" and out of prior beef with guy in vc's and other conflicts, I had acted up. I am sorry for what I did and shouldn't have done it. I just have never felt on top of the world like that. (I also had a bounty on me by like 10 people because of some conflicts I got in so I was alarmed). I was then brought in by bullets, which I accepted the ban and didn't argue with what he had ruled, he said 3 days for RDM and that should've been the end of it. Final Ban: I wake up in the morning on the day of my unban and try to log on, but then I see it is perm banned on everything, even discord. I then hop one of the accounts I had and try to ask them the reason for a permanent ban. They don't respond and I have a simple conversation with xdutch. I then get told as satire in the ticket by Monaclu that the reason I was banned was because someone said I was Jewish and they had to perma ban for that. (I hope this was a joke). I then move on in the ticket and Xdutch comes back telling me that I was banned for the following "Being a weird kid in the discord and RDM PO x2" Which like three of the admins said didn't make sense to ban me for 2x PO of RDM. Conclusion: I understand what I did was wrong. And I wish I could express how sincerely I apologize to those people. I know what I did wasn't cool or nice. I didn't know at the time it can ruin the experience for others as I had seen a lot of people around me act the same. I’ve only had so many hours in garrysmod, and I’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again. As you may or may not know, starting a violent confrontation with PD and dying will lead to being PKd. In the clip you are attempted to be detained after which you fired upon the probie and ultimately died to the probie. There are no questions of rule breaks in this scenario, you chose to pull a gun on an officer and fire at him and ultimately paid the price. Its not FailRP because the probie kicked you out of the vehicle and attempted to taze you which you responded with violence.

Shittor already touched base on the subject but yes these orders are valid. It can be any offense in the families eyes, as long as you have offended them they can give valid orders for your death. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK.

Unfortunately the faction leader or trusted individuals can order your death without much insight. On how the pk was done, regardless of your opinion it was still a valid pk and the way it was done does not affect the validity.

Hello, I'm the admin who approved the PK. When joining a criminal faction all users understand and partake in the risk of being Permakilled as is the nature of being a criminal. Members of a faction who break their IC code of conduct or run risk to the faction can be ordered killed by the faction leader. you brought unwanted attention to the crime family you were a member of by stealing multiple oil barrels from the Rockefeller oil company as well as harming relations with another faction that was allied with your faction, and the faction leader placed orders for you to be killed. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was driving around, and I drove into the PD parking lot and did a couple circles. I was not harming anybody, and a probationary officer came out and said that I was going to get arrested. and as I was trying to leave, he said, "you're getting arrested" and just pulls me out of the car no warning. so, I pull out my gun to shoot him to protect myself from getting arrested to avoid another felony charge, and he ended up killing me. there were no warnings at all in the exchange. I think it's a case of FRP because he instantly jumped to conclusions and tried arresting me without giving any warnings whatsoever. Quote
