The fishing system we have is old, and it's one of the ways to make small income, but I do want a new revamped fish system. Maybe different bait and better fishing gear. It's like the new marijuana system. If you use the better bait and fishing gear, the outcome of catching expensive fish is rewarding. Still, a chance of getting something no-value or items. Maybe make it a challenge to reel in rewarding fish items. The system we have is not as rewarding. Also add fish vendor further away from the docks to receive a bigger monetary reward. This is just my idea. If this isn't important now, then I wanted to throw my idea. The in-game economy has inflated, and the fish prices are somewhat still stagnate.

I believe I should be unban because what I was ban for was a first offense. Now obviously what I did I should not have and lots of it is just common sense (if you don't to this then you wont get ban). I am going to start off by saying what lead up to the ban and then why I should be unban. First off, when I was ban I was ban for Item transferring (there is a script to prevent it). Me and a long time friend and ooc family member wanted to test out the new PK script. He texted me one day and asked if I wanted to PK one of my old characters, i said why not because I was not going to use it anymore, and why not have a good rp with it. So what we did was I mugged one of their chars in the crew so then they would have a reason and they could get a good clip for an edit or YouTube video (not really sure what it was for either YouTube or something else all I know is it was being clipped for something). So then once everything happened and the guy I mugged got set free, I went to drop the stuff I took out of the guys pockets and dropped it, once they were going with staff to get me PK active I went on another char and grabbed it. Not sure what I was thinking, I never Item transferred on this server nor even had the idea of item transferring/supported the idea, but for some reason on this day I clearly was not using any commonsense, especially because all the stories of the Permanent Bans and stuff due to people item transferring. I do want to mention that I did not actually item transfer but I did attempt it. During this time I was definitely bored and getting tired of many of the players and I just let out, and was being and idiot. If im correct I was also ban for meta-game which I do not recall doing but If they put it on the reasoning then it must of happened. Now onto the reason why I think I should be unbanned, I think I should be unbanned because while yes I do have some extensive POs, they are not for what I was ban for. I am also thinking about a new thing that I have not seen in the server which is the ZTP/1SP. The Zero Tolerance Policy and/or the 1Strike Policy is when staff and the person that the policy is being set for would agree the date that it ends and during the time the player has to revive and show the staff that being unbanned was not a bad decision and that they are worthy of what they did. I think this will allow staff to see if whom they unabnned is worthy of role-playing and being in the community. This ZTP/1SP is definitly something that staff should take into consideration and use on future bans, this will allow players opportunity to prove themselves to staff and for staff to not waste their time unbanning people, while on a ZTP/1SP players will be pressured to try their best and have good rp as well as not break any rules, and if any rules are broken then staff can instantly ban them. Usually the punishment is a permanent-ban thats not appealable if anything goes against the 1SP/ZTP. I think that this is a good idea and staff should start using it. If I get unbanned I will like to try out this ZTP/1SP and prove to staff that I should be allowed in the community. I completely understand what I did wrong and I hope that staff can read this and take my 1 Strike Policy into idea. I do fully acknowledge what I did wrong and I do believe that this was a big mistake that should not have happened. I'm going to be very honest here, on the clip provided here you stepped out of the vehicle whilst your car was moving and pointing towards a group of people. Play stupid games and get stupid prizes. You're applying for staff and this especially makes it even dumber to me. I can understand that you are sorry but to me this was the risk you accepted to take by exiting a moving vehicle that is pointing to a group of players. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. Don't pay attention to Dr. Hax his profile on the forums isn't even 3 months old, I doubt he could quote the rules and he also can't comprehend a Callander because your last staff app was made on April 5th and your most recent one was made less than 24 hours ago today's the 16th of March.
