I don't even know what that is supposed to indicate. I'm sorry you feel that way, but be real, you haven't liked me since I killed my Luchesse character.

I don’t like being a Debby Downer, but Drainer does bring up fairly good points. If you’re dealing with drugs, you’re an illegal faction. You may attempt to appear as legal as possible, though at the end of the day you are a Crime Organization. There is no such thing as no violence, no illegal attention, and the biggest point that Drainer brought up is being involved in faction politics. Whether you are attempting to district under a certain side, or going an even more dangerous neutral unallied route; all it takes is a small insignificant issue to really fuck up your faction entirely.

Many people including myself have experienced long wait times when there are clearly staff on to take tickets. There were many times I was RDM'd and I would make tickets having to wait 30+ minutes or even at times not getting my ticket answered. I personally don't want people having that sort of experience anymore. So my motivation is to change the speed tickets are taken or at least at the rate they are taken. What do you do?: What I would do is gather as much evidence as possible and report them for abuse. Does it constitute possible bias?: I would not be biased towards a situation like this, I would let another staff member take the ticket to avoid any chances of the situation being seen as biased and if no-one was available I would then take the ticket and try my best to deal with the situation and gather all available evidence and make a decision from there

1.) I've never been affiliated with the Cassanos. I didn't even know they were on FiveM, and no, I am not making an appeal so I can be a part of them. 2.) You keep saying I was settling OOC issues or another character's beef. I still have no idea what you're talking about. As far as I am concerned, I was generally on good terms with everyone. 3.) I’m unsure what in particular you wanted me to “reach out to you” about. 1.) People do not typically go talking to the person they just PKed as far as I am aware. 2.) I was permanently banned from Diverge and did not know how to contact you outside of that. And I was not going to go around asking “Hey! Do you know a way I can talk to Susan Medici?” Nor do I understand why you would presume I was seeking to cause harm or damage to “multiple people/factions.” I had no reason to do so. OOC, I was on generally good terms with everyone as far as I am concerned. And genuinely, I do not recall ever explicitly speaking with or to you. I don’t doubt that for my short period as a Lucchese associate, we may have come in contact as I was somewhat "friends" with Pistol P when I had first joined the server. Besides that, I do not remember having any sort of possible contact with you. I still hold to the fact that as the mugging took place I was not targeting you. I do not personally know you. Either way, I appreciate your response.

+1 I think the Ruain Collective has so much potential as a faction. I have witnessed how much work and effort has gone into this faction and how much they connect with everyone on the server, they are passionate, fun, and always put roleplay first. The faction as a plan is extremely well thought out, Prodigy answers questions about the proposed faction with diligence and accuracy. Their events are fun and energetic and have brought so many different people together and I think that is crucial to a successful faction.

I am aware of things I said in a public Discord server. I have already covered this. I had been getting DMs and pings from many, many people hating on me. I responded in a careless and cutthroat manner - it was a heated night. I shouldn’t have done it. I’ve stated numerous times now, I am not looking to justify all of my actions and things I said. That is not what I’m arguing at all, simply that I apologize, think the 6 months have been just, and I’d like to play Diverge again with my friends.

For starters, you asked some pretty dumb questions in staff general, that show that A. You are out of the loop on things, I mean if you dont have the time to read the very short map FAQ announcement then your cooked if you become a faction leader. ( when is map coming??? ) B. You’re not able to answer basic questions without consulting for help. ( can I be German and asking what an organization backstory means, Like come on man ) C. That you think you get special privileges because your staff ( asking if you can get a building assuming you’re going to get accepted ). Furthermore your essay has the reading and writing level of a 4-6th grader and you have done the bare minimum of 255 words for your backstory without even making a document. You have 1 week on the server, not enough time to run a faction at all, I’m fairly confident you have no high command experience, but feel free to share if I’m wrong. Over all, you seem to not be super knowledgeable on the servers current state as well as just general things. You lack experience and time, have put in low effort to this application, and you are a furry. Have a good rest of your weekend, I look forward to your response!

+1 I had a conversation with these guys when they wanted to create a faction. They really want to bring RP to the server and I think they have what it takes to run a faction. They know what they are doing. I would for sure suggest just using the GVL Crime Syndicate as the name otherwise it is way too much.

I've noticed that a lot of the cars I thought were dogshit were really just meant to be driven in manual to be good cars. Go to simphys in the Q menu, scroll to the bottom, click client settings and then disable automatic shifting. Since changing it I've had to basically figure out how to drive each of the vehicles I thought were shit, try it out for yourselves.

+1 I think a cult faction sounds like it'd create good rp experiences on the server. The only issue is if drugs, crime and gambling are sinful what racket would you be aiming for? I see in your comments you mention it would act like a normal gang, but does having a drug racket fit into the whole no sin lifestyle of a cult?

+1 I think this is would be very beneficial to the server. I think this could be a faction that lasts a long time. Seems like it has a lot of creativity behind it and I think it spice up the RP a bit.

+1 Not a bad application at all. The name is a little long, but I get it - with it being greek. PRO - Seems you have a clear and well thought out RP style in mind - The RP seems to be rich and progressive CON - Play time is on the lower end but it's not too bad at all. - Backstory could've been longer.
