Part of my suggestion would have included cars getting dirty/requiring a minigame to actually scrub it, but I shy away from it due to the fact that the engine/game has so many limitations. I'd rather let them decide whether it'd be solely RP or if it could be an actual game element. I'm fine with either/or.

Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK. Ill first state that this kill was not coming from any escalation from any current conflictions going on in the server. This kill was not approved prior by UA as Money Blue alluded to above, but with that being said I will break down kill. Evidence was shown that you had been harassing the Kosher Deli multiple times and clearly had pissed some people off. So yes, you were a target, but there is a difference between targeting a faction for a mug, versus targeting an individual for a mugging because of his actions. While escalation rules may dictate the appropriate time a faction can target an enemy faction with mugging, the two factions are currently not at an escalation level, thus making your claim null and void. The muggers were on main characters, and YOU decided to chase them to a secluded location which on the mugging map is a “mug where you stand” location. Upon entering the back room you were confronted with guns to your face with the verbal command to put your hands up which would place you under FearRp. As stated in the rules : “Note that you must have a valid reason to place someone under FearRP (See FearRP rules), initiating a mugging is a valid reason to hold someone under fear RP”. If you read item 9 under mugging rules, it states: There are several ways you may initiate a mugging, the following actions can be considered initiation of a mugging: - Attempting to Zip tie someone [Does not apply if you BAIT people into tying you by saying they may or by stealing their items, therefore forcing them to tie you to retrieve them.] - Holding someone at gunpoint with the intention of mugging them - Holding someone at gunpoint to pull them to a secluded location for a mugging Thus making this a valid initiation of a mugging, as they were attempting for you to go back into the back room. You turn to leave and another verbal command of get back here was given, which was clearly heard in the clip that was provided. If we continue down to item 10 of the mugging rules it sates: When can you kill someone in a mugging for it to be considered a PK? - You must FIRST, properly initiate a mugging (See Mugging Rule 9.) - They attempt to flee while you have them at gunpoint/fear rp. (Does not apply if you disengage fear rp. See fear rp rules) - They attempt to fight back while you have them at gunpoint/fear rp. (Does not apply if you disengage fear rp. See fear rp rules) - They attempt to move or avoid being restrained while you tie them under fear rp. - If they disobey direct orders multiple times (while under fear rp) which leads to complications in the mugging. ex: Refuses to stay still and moves one or two steps at a time to try and escape, refuses to stop talking leading to someone overhearing the mugging. - They do not obey a reasonable demand in a reasonable amount of time. ex: Ordering them to follow you (while under fear RP) and refusing to move after several requests and a reasonable amount of time to obey, effectively stalling the mugging to be discovered. If we follow down the chain of events, the mugging was initiated correctly, you were brought under FearRp correctly, you decided to attempt to flee while you were under gunpoint/fearrp, thus making you PK active. "Including one po for item transfer." Now that is the issue in my opinion, if it is true he has a previous offense for Item Transfer I would say -1 to his appeal.

Let this be the last word I speak on this subject. I love this game, I love the friends that I've made here, and I wish I had made better choices from the beginning. I am sorry for breaking the rules I have broken, I am sorry that you guys have even had to waste time typing to me, I am sorry that I tried to find a way to make a trade that I am now being made aware that was not Kosher. I am taking the advice of all the people I have talked to, even really close people to me, are telling me there's no way that I am going to get out of this ban, I am sorry diverge, I am sorry Canadian, I am sorry Dutch, I am sorry Zeus, and I am sorry Adam, If you reconsider the length and make it a 4 week and 2 day ban, I will carry on and return when I'm allowed. If the perma ban sticks, well, it was a fun time and I'll miss all my boys from the SC crew and all my fellow officers. My closest friends think that I'm an idiot for my actions, and that is leading me to believe that I was really fucking stupid, but I thought I was being really fucking smart, clearly if my own friends are telling me to take the L than I am likely in the wrong, Thank you.

Well, that was basically the plan either buy or trade. But due to my previous bans, it looks really fuckin bad, I was walking the line that they drew in the server rules regarding banks and trades, they have to be for market value or damn near it, bro was going to get either 15 H or a whole bunch of Oil, or if he really didn't want to do shit, he was going to get cash. If I am found to be guilty of breaking the server rules than I would take accountability and apologize, but at this point in time no one has done much of anything but talk shit and insist that I was cheating because they think that I'm lying about a trade. Admins feelings, my feelings, should all be taken out of this situation and looked at as it was, and that was a market value bank trade that was taking a bit longer than expected becasue my buddy got kept a bit late at work.

You banned me for 3-4 rule breaks and were PKing 2 of my chars, you allege that Conrad was item transferring(which I have explained why it was not and item transfer but a legitimate trade) But let's say for the sake of your argument that Conrad was guilty of item transfer, that would not warrant two PKs and in my opinion wouldn't warrant a permanent ban. It really seems like you are looking for any reason to ban me, even if you have to stretch the truth. Had that Q been any other drug according to you guys on this thread, it would have been legit, but because at one point in time it belonged to my old char you're calling shenanigans on me. I have become familiar with the rules, I've been here for months and months, and after my last ban, I was not going to jeopardize my chars or my account, and as stated bank trades are Kosher and my buddy was happy to have anything that was faster than processing a load of Q, that's why I figured he may want oil to make it super quick or he would want H because at least it would involve less processing for him. I don't know why you guys think that I would do a blatant "item transfer" fresh off a $100 unban, I wouldn't risk that even for a month ban, and now it has turned into a permanent ban, I genuinely thought that would be a legit bank trade and had no reason to believe otherwise.

Simply put, a car wash would be a great addition to the city. A good job for civs or even side job for crims/off duty LE/government. A lot of us RP getting gas and other things with our cars. It could be a great meeting place for people. Socializing or even solo RP, a reason to "make a quick stop" or even somewhere to do a quick deal "hiding in plain sight". Everybody in the hood loves the Car Wash. Any takers?

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Seems to be some fault here, and looking at your past POs there is enough justification to assume you know escalation rules and killing rules. With that being said, it seems to be both sides had some fault and appears that both sides did not take any means to try to deescalate the situation as it appears to be a few occurrences and finally staff being involved. The ban will be reduced to 7 days, .

Someone who gained 11 Notes in 2024 for minge related rulebreaks to petflags getting removed and 9 bans included 1 Po for Item Transfer. Correct, I agree, someone should not just get permanently banned for transferring a few items and while its not related to other rulebreaks, however this goes with the extensive past offense list @Snorkyhas been getting the last year, I can't really recall what he said to me in the admin sit when I pulled him however I did see the full intent in the logs that hwe did this across 3 characters.

I agree that they can not come from nowhere. I am curious as to how this proves item transfer. From what I can see of the logs this shows that harry had put the Q into his bank which I then inherited when he was PK'd. I then moved the Q to the new account where I put all of the items to free up those other bank accounts. I then gave Conrad access so that he could see what I could trade to him which he then took from the account for the trade. How is this different if it was product from someone else that I put in there to offer as trade.

Bro my personal life has nothing to do with this( It is rough at the moment but that besides the point here), I paid pen for an unban, because I was going to play legit, and I did, it was a legit trade with a good buddy, and I was waiting for him to get on and let me know if he wanted oil, or H or a mix of both.

You've clearly not learned from the 14d when I denied your appeal and after you probably paid for your unban cause you got unbanned by Pendred for the exact same reason. Clearly have no intent to play this server in the proper and fair way. Now I start to believe all these 'trauma dumping' forum messages were just for attention to make you blame those scenarios on your actions on our server. Transferring items over one to another character even if that characters dead for a year, it's still transfer. It wasn't a 'legit trade', clearly the same item id's so its the exact same item
