Hi, I'm the member of staff who banned you. Role-playing as something called "the road monster" is completely stupid. It's a MafiaRP server, not minge fest. Someone made a ticket on you for VDM, I dealt with the ticket and proceeded to start spectating you. Whilst I was spectating you, you were ramming into every car multiple times, which could be seen as baiting, and you were also knocking people over in your car. If your time on the server is spent fucking around with cars and not actually contributing anything, I don't see a reason for your appeal to be accepted. It's a day. You can wait it out and learn to be a better person when playing on the server.

Which that appeal took 0 effort unlike this one where he is attempting to make right and acknowledged that he was in the wrong and wants a second chance

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The timer seemed to long, A clown was in possession of a Faction Whitelist only item. I mugged the person wearing it with a bandana and had him blind folded after getting the Cut back. we waited out the timer for about 45min to an hour after doing so in a tinted vehicle we drove and the clown was driving behind us the car we were riding in despawned that the Driver had keys to during which an admin was following around and talking in game so idk what happened with the car situation and the clown was in the vehicle and it was shot by others not even the clown and I got blown up. The main reason is the timer I feel was to long past. please look into the timer and check it out I don't understand how the car disappeared I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time. that ban i think i nlr first time and back then i didnt know the rules much and i was asking a admin to give me a chance on that ban. i understand if u dont want to accept me i respect that. but after a year i seen that i was a bad player an i took a break an some time off to think of my actions and to change to better myself. and recently i missed playing on this server and i been wanting to take it serious and actually read all the rules this time. So i just took a shot at a appeal to see what i get. denied or accepted i understand if i dont get another chance ty for your time.

That is actually a fair point about the video. I want to clarify on that situation. Basically a Jew kept running us over and extensively kept trying to VDM. That was actually a last resort and became a valid kill for me.

+1 may have some bans and notes but learns from his mistakes and seems to understand the rules enough to be able to enforce them
