Your friend kinda screwed you over when he was giving me a command stating "Stand Still for me" and tried to tie me up while you were pointing your gun at me. Also in your other friend's clip ( the one you linked) and my clip you can see everything in your faction pointing guns at me locking me and my friend in your establishment AND BEFORE YOU SAY THATS NOT TRUE AND GIVE ME FALSE FORUMS REACTIONS LIKE BIG BABIES YOU stated in my clip to "keep that door locked" at 12 seconds in the clip. You and your buddies kept the door locked trapping me and my friend inside I then take my gun out and put it on safety right after I pulled it out looking at a wall. In the mugging rules you can read how to initiate a mugging which I will post at the bottom of my reply. I would also like to state in every clip you can see everyone wearing a mask at the bottom of the imitating a mugging holding someone at gunpoint while wearing a mask is a valid indication to the victim. When your buddy first mugged me Here He didn't have a mask on at first died and Radio in (I'm pretty sure he confirmed it in the sit but I could be mistaken) leading you and 3 other people that isn't the guy that tied me up both times to come to the coffee shop where me and my friend were locked in. Your friend allowed us in and walked us into the basement and one of your buddies came in from the basement side and we followed him into the main room where the second mugging took place. I believe this would be consider a mugging because of the fact that Messi (the guy who tried to tie me up) came back to the same place he died within like 5 minutes give or take with a mask on and a gun on him and then tried to tie me up again for the second time with his buddies around him. You were pretty much caught up being at the wrong place at the wrong time due to him radioing in AFTER he died however You and 3 other people are pointing guns at me and my friend you can see it in the clip you posted and in my clip however the clip of your pov which you deleted but the admin who took the ticket recorded you couldn't really tell who pointing a gun at who. If your friend didn't tried to tie me up you prob wouldn't have been PKed and I do believe he was trying to mug me because there was no other reason to tie me up me and my buddy were trying to leave after he tried to tie me up the first time it was you who said keep that door locked. My gun was put on safety the moment I took it out however you and your buddies took their guns out and took it off safety apart from one. In RP it could be said you were defending your friend in a mugging even if you didn't know he was going to tie me up Messi screwed you over by telling me to stand still and then tying me up when I was under gun point and you were putting me under gunpoint. At the end of the day man its a video game you should be more mad at Messi for screwing you over if he didn't call it in on his radio and came back to the coffee shop to then try to tie me up again while you were all pointing guns at me you most likely wouldn't have been PKed. Also it being a fail mug isn't enough to be unPKed it states in the rule an admin can PK the char (and the group of muggers) placing the victim under fear RP The staff members overlooking this appeal and you can also check the rules themselves. sorry you got fucked over by your buddy and were at the wrong place at the wrong time but I think this pk should still be valid. My POV There are several ways you may initiate a mugging, the following actions can be considered initiation of a mugging: - Attempting to Zip tie someone [Does not apply if you BAIT people into tying you by saying they may or by stealing their items, therefore forcing them to tie you to retrieve them.] - Holding someone at gunpoint with the intention of mugging them - Holding someone at gunpoint to pull them to a secluded location for a mugging - Holding someone at gunpoint and ordering them to drop cash / items - Holding someone at gunpoint or cornering them while wearing a mask which obscures your identity may also be a valid indication to the victim that you intend to mug them If a mugging violates these rules it is deemed a 'fail mug' and the victim is not subject to a PK if killed. Should the mugger be killed during a fail mug they perpetrated the handling Administrator may choose to still PK them as a result.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would first switch to my staff character. I would them pull them into a staff sit with the evidence I have against him (I use medal). I would then treat them with fairness and respect while administering punishment. If the RDM was against myself, I would call another staff member with the proof that I do have. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would get proper evidence against the staff in question. I would them make a report to my chain of command to try and resolve the issue as quickly and organized as possible while maintaining professionalism and transparency. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: This would constitute possible biasness. I would look at all the evidence and facts as well as both individual's statements and make a well informed decision. The fact that they are my friend/in my faction would not be a part of my judgement.

Its no longer a rp situation when someone repeatedly breaks NLR at that point it becomes a staff issue and the rp scenario becomes void and null due to the breaking of NLR and other rules which were broken. Shouldn't this be something you know as a staff member? Considering NLR was broken many times its a staff issue and bro should be unpked.
