I remember the last Racket War, you guys let some factions use cars while on other Racket War days you closed the car dealership for the other factions, it wasnt fair at all I dont know if you participated in a Racket War as a player before but cars are a huge game changer in the worst way. They're fucking annoying and completely unnecessary, just close the dealership for everyone, isnt this is supposed to be a PvP event? and obviously this isnt FiveM where cars are actually useful. Here they just put everyone at a disadvantage fuck with FPS and ruin the fun for no reason

Good afternoon, Banning admin here. To explain the situation we have here, I claimed a ticket that came in 5 minutes after restart, where the cop told me that you had ltaped and had liaised to me that you had stated no intention in returning after restart. From my understanding here is that the outcome you were wanting was to be left off free of charge, which without talks with a lawyer and going through the motions, frankly wouldn't be feesable for the cop to do. Your options in that instance would be taking a plea deal, getting a lawyer or taking the case to court. If it was the latter you were looking to have happened and an officer is not cooperating with that, I would recommend to make an in-game staff ticket or to speak to a supervisor within the PD. I'd also advice that just because that the server is near restart/restarting that this null and voids your IC actions and interactions that you're taking part in. I understand that you did have some personal issues crop up, but unfortunately LTAPing is LTAPing no matter the reason, if it is something like power issues, WiFi connection, etc. you can always make an effort of reaching out via channels such as the discord. I advised the officer making the arrest, I wanted everything waived and to sentence me do to the server reset about to happen as well as having outside arrangements. The officer continued to just drag on time. Approximately 1 minute before the reset I was finally able to get the officer back in the cell and advised him I would attempt to get back on before having to step away and was unable to do so. The officer was told multiple times though that i wanted no plee deal or lawyer and would just serve whatever time was give.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: They claimed i had left without letting them know and killed me for it. i had let a manager know that i was leaving because i had only been it for about 2 days and did nothing because no one was in the city and they told me i could leave; and so i did so and then i find out im being pkd and got killed, i dont even care about the character i just need to be back into my faction because of Racket wars. the reason they killed me does not meet any requirements of Family Member Kills Guidelines If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: N/A
