I dropped a brick of weed outside someones property and they didnt ask me to pick it up so i assumed they would take it. I dont understand how this is classed as powergaming because i havent forced them to do anything. They could have contacted someone to pick it up or even told me to pick it up when it first occured. Even if it is classed as powergaming i think the punishment is a bit harsh. I didn't know and wouldn't have made the same mistake again if i was just warned for it.

I think since the cars no longer de-spawn it would be cool if there was a 15-30 minute respawn cooldown if your car blows up
