(Reference your unique RP from the question above): In the Kinahan we plan to open a good ol’ Irish Pub called “The Rusty Shamrock”, at least that was the name of the Pub we had back In Dublin. This allows us to not only have a good experience for the citizens of New York as they come through and get a drink, but lets us operate behind the scenes, doing deals, having sit-downs, and having that Irish private experience behind closed doors. Running the day-to-day of the Pub will be nice and time consuming for our Hangaround and lower members. In addition to the Pub and its dealings, The Kinahan also prides Itself on Its Independence, being made up of surviving members of the IRA and families who were victimized by the Orange Order. As such, we don’t tolerate being controlled or bottle-necked by other factions. Compared to your usual “Italian” group, we don’t just sit behind closed doors and complain, we get out there, we get our hands dirty, and most of all we’re not going to be quiet about it. The Kinahans are a group that won’t take shit, and aren’t afraid to receive it. We’ll frequently get our boys together to trash stores owned by people who’ve disrespected us, key their cars, and do everything we can to drive them mad until they’re ready for an ol’ Irish Shootout (aka we’re firebombing ya and lighting you up with AK’s, up the RA). As for event Ideas there are plenty of things we can do for our boys to keep them engaged. Being an Irish faction we can "Receive shipments of weapons” from the IRA, or even hold mini Racket Events (Context: NOT that racket change event you guys had recently) where they encourage members to bring in the most money they can to support our efforts with the IRA. Another type of event we can hold is a good ol’ drinking contest. We can work this into a variety of ways, maybe things like “Fastest while Drunk, Longest police chase while drunk” Etc. At the end of the day, the Kinahan Clan Is a brotherhood that prides Itself on Independence and not taking shit from any group or party, and we’ll do everything to remind our remembers that so long as we have one another, the Kinahan Clan won’t be suppressed or put-out by anyone. I literally got 1 accepted and resigned due to the server getting dry & irl issues. The second one I was never able to open a ticket for due to MORE irl things. Low effort is actually braindead, i'm committed to my REAL LIFE over my diverge staff experience but il make sure to commit to diverge 15hrs a day

How do you handle this?: I'd attempt to have another staff member take the ticket but if no ticket was made and nobody was upset about it, I'd just mind my own business since no harm was done. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would collect evidence of that staff member abusing then open a report on that member for abuse without directly confronting them. (If your abusing your staff powers on a mafia rp server that's kind of insane...) A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Before everything, id hear both side's of the story then continue onto the evidence (logs, clips etc) just because someone doesn't break rules when I'm around doesn't mean they won't break rules when I'm not around. Once I review the evidence I would take appropriate action on the friend depending on if the evidence is lacking or not. It isn't retarded. Many people come into the city not knowing what's ahead of them. Say some guys come in with their nationality set as German or Irish then get into an Italian mob. They realize they can't progress much like that, then will shift into a different character than they originally intended. Most often, they change their name to be Italian anyway and RP as one to progress. There might as well be a way to change the nationality too. No one said anything about doing it "left and right." It can even be a one time thing for like $10,000 all the way to $100,000. The point is just being able to do it at all. You could argue this is better than nothing, but doing it this way seems close to useless.
