Hello! To go by your appeal point by point. First, when PKs are sent to staff they are OOC. What causes the PK and what comes after are all valid in RP. The sit itself and the report are OOC and are not affected by NLR. Under the logic you try to argue people wouldn’t be able to report RDM because they don’t remember it due to NLR. Second, the officer shooting was not him starting the violent confrontation. You pulling your weapon out and aiming it at the officer arresting you started the violent confrontation. He was quicker to the draw than you, doesn’t mean you weren’t violent first. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified.
