To reiterate, with this escalation, both sides were made clear of the rules and which buildings were the safe houses which, if raided, could lead to a PK. You guys knew you weren't meant to have keys to the property and abused the broken keys instead of reporting it, you clearly planned the whole thing in order to start a shootout. So with you technically breaking into a safehouse in order to start a shootout, we would consider this a raid, meaning the PK is valid.

There isn't enough evidence of metagame for it to be overruled either. From what I can see in the clip he could have just slipped up and not pressed his talk bind as he did still repeat himself with his talk bind pressed. So with all this I see no reason to overturn the PK.
