Very rich. As someone who's been apart of a few factions apon joining this server, almost leaving because of the sickness of those in charge commonly - to find Decav actually interested in making a name for themselves by being decent individuals and all I've seen is commitment and RP out of these amazing folks. Luccheese or however it's spelt, has provenly used minge characters/tactics. While Decav is instructed to ignore and RP as usual. Decav isn't the punching bag it's a machine filtering the nonsense and building the servers playerbase by treating people like humans. Just getting old seeing that shit posted here lol.

Being a cop main this is so real. I can go through vast lengths to catch someone, get warrants, make docs and shit so their court case moves forward, just for the char to be deleted and remade with a slightly different name. It's to the point some cops don't even pursue it because there's an attitude of "what's the point". People making chars to felony max just to basically remake the character after the 20th time you kill him gets old. Obv felony maxxers gives patrol shit to do I suppose? But when that's the extent of the rp it gets old. It's not just Howard and genderswap (which is another can of worms) but a lot of people on that shit. Then onto people like Genderswap and the 90000 other people who either have female models with obvious masculine voices rping trans ppl or femboys or weird shit OR retarded names but are allowed to get away with it. I've seen a ton of people get forced to change their name to something reasonable but names like Genderswap and Loosehole/Tighthole and many more are okay to continue with their names. My first impression of names like that is "yeah they don't give a fuck about this character". Id be infinitely more okay with names like Dixon Cider or Buster Cherry than the aforementioned. Weird uneven enforcement. Kinda curious on your take. What factions are you talking about?

On the real note, we can't really judge or look in anyones agenda yk? We can't force them to be on. I get what you are saying if there would be low effort in tickets but then you can file in a staff report

Im not one to bitch about people having fun. Im more of the person to let people just live their lives, its gmod, i understand this. BUT 1. Constant minge chars with zero RP that talk ooc constantly. (wong, genderswap, etc) 2. People will talk about factions openly in rumours with no rp just literally ooc talk about factions and shit. 3. Large amounts of people standing in a group doing nothing (most of the time theyre in a discord call) 4. I see atleast 3-4 sets of people following each other very clearly using discord every single day. 5. Nobody ever gets in trouble for abusing factions or joining just to minge, their char just gets killed instead of a ban 6. Constant shit clothing that wouldnt even make sense on someone if they were insane let alone 1989. (king Baldwin mask, leanin suit, etc) 7. Nobody is forced to run their stores even if theyre paying taxes leaving alot of buildings just never open or doing anything. 8. Theyre are literally like 3 factions that are JUST for minging. My suggestion, get on your admins ass about fixing some of the problems, force them to spectate people really take the time to watch if people are breaking rules and start passing out punishments, its kinda insane that ill put a ticket in and its the same 2-3 admins taking my tickets but 8 are online doing literally nothing to help the server feel better. I'm sorry if this ruffles some feathers but I know very well im not the only one feeling this way. I joined about 6 months ago and just in that time ive seen a STEEP decline in peoples care for the rules because punishments aren't harsh enough. - someone who just wants to RP and is tired of clowns and trannies in my mafia gang server....

This on paper sounds amazing, but from someone who has owned a few gmod servers, this would 110% kill all very little optimization that gmod has. This sounds easy enough, esp for any game thats not lua but on gmod this would mean constant tracking of items for EVERY item, in real time, for 128 people all at the same time. Just so your glasses fit better, it just couldnt work on a game from 2004. Amazing idea if it was possible though, id be all for this. So very soft -1

Hello, As the admin who accepted this PK already explained, the listed reasons for your character’s death were: going MIA on the family, failing to pay kickups, and threatening members of the family. The first two reasons may have some nuance behind them, especially given that you were removed from the faction discord and later tried to reach out about returning. Those details could have been explored further. However, the third point, you threatening members of the family, is entirely clear cut. The Don who ordered the PK provided a clip in which you explicitly stated that you would have faction members mugged or killed if they came after you. That is an unmistakable threat. Earlier in the thread you suggested that you may have been baited. I don’t believe that to be the case. They submitted a five minute clip with full context, and it convincingly shows that you weren’t coerced or manipulated into making those statements. Had you not made those threats, it’s possible this appeal may have gone differently. But that reason alone is fully valid grounds for ordering your character’s death.
