Yes, I did do that. I do understand that it it was item transferring but this was all a planned rp and I just did my own stupid thing and attempted to item transfer which I never done before on the server. While I did not fully item transfer, I did indeed attempt to. Like I said before I owed up to it and I understand what I did wrong. I do have a somewhat extensive record and I do see how you think I "just get on to cause trouble." Like I said in my appeal during that time I was just being an idiot and I had nothing to do, I was stacking up bans and thats kind of where my stuff started to go down hill. May I ask one thing though, why do you seem to think that I show no ability to role-play? I also want to mention that compared to some peoples records mine is fairly clean. I do think that with my appeal a 1 strike policy is a good thing to take into consideration. Despite my past, this will help me show YOU that I do in fact have ability to role-play and I do not get on to cause trouble.

Hello! I permanently banned you due to the fact I watched you mug someone, drop their items, switch characters, and then pick the items up. In your 27 days of playtime, you've been noted 13 times, and banned 12. You show no ability to roleplay, and just get on to cause trouble.

This guy brought great roleplay. I seriously think UA should give this appeal some serious consideration. While yes, this guy was an idiot at times, he owns up to and admits his wrongdoings. For that, I +1 this appeal

I believe I should be unban because what I was ban for was a first offense. Now obviously what I did I should not have and lots of it is just common sense (if you don't to this then you wont get ban). I am going to start off by saying what lead up to the ban and then why I should be unban. First off, when I was ban I was ban for Item transferring (there is a script to prevent it). Me and a long time friend and ooc family member wanted to test out the new PK script. He texted me one day and asked if I wanted to PK one of my old characters, i said why not because I was not going to use it anymore, and why not have a good rp with it. So what we did was I mugged one of their chars in the crew so then they would have a reason and they could get a good clip for an edit or YouTube video (not really sure what it was for either YouTube or something else all I know is it was being clipped for something). So then once everything happened and the guy I mugged got set free, I went to drop the stuff I took out of the guys pockets and dropped it, once they were going with staff to get me PK active I went on another char and grabbed it. Not sure what I was thinking, I never Item transferred on this server nor even had the idea of item transferring/supported the idea, but for some reason on this day I clearly was not using any commonsense, especially because all the stories of the Permanent Bans and stuff due to people item transferring. I do want to mention that I did not actually item transfer but I did attempt it. During this time I was definitely bored and getting tired of many of the players and I just let out, and was being and idiot. If im correct I was also ban for meta-game which I do not recall doing but If they put it on the reasoning then it must of happened. Now onto the reason why I think I should be unbanned, I think I should be unbanned because while yes I do have some extensive POs, they are not for what I was ban for. I am also thinking about a new thing that I have not seen in the server which is the ZTP/1SP. The Zero Tolerance Policy and/or the 1Strike Policy is when staff and the person that the policy is being set for would agree the date that it ends and during the time the player has to revive and show the staff that being unbanned was not a bad decision and that they are worthy of what they did. I think this will allow staff to see if whom they unabnned is worthy of role-playing and being in the community. This ZTP/1SP is definitly something that staff should take into consideration and use on future bans, this will allow players opportunity to prove themselves to staff and for staff to not waste their time unbanning people, while on a ZTP/1SP players will be pressured to try their best and have good rp as well as not break any rules, and if any rules are broken then staff can instantly ban them. Usually the punishment is a permanent-ban thats not appealable if anything goes against the 1SP/ZTP. I think that this is a good idea and staff should start using it. If I get unbanned I will like to try out this ZTP/1SP and prove to staff that I should be allowed in the community. I completely understand what I did wrong and I hope that staff can read this and take my 1 Strike Policy into idea. I do fully acknowledge what I did wrong and I do believe that this was a big mistake that should not have happened. First thing I would like to note is that you have been consistently getting into firefights with officers under the guise of "i have a warrant". This has been an ongoing thing for some time now as boomroasted has mentioned. Also in this specific situation you may not have fired first you clearly had the intention of doing so by pulling out your weapon off safety and aiming at the officers. These two facts joined together show that you very clearly had the intention of starting a violent encounter with these officers.

You clearly knew that the cops had been chasing and looking for you for quite awhile, and in your own clip you can hear Hamir asking you to stop in which you kept running and pulled a gun out. Once you pull out a weapon, the police have every right to defend themselves. Added on to this this char in which all you do is jump in the water and call it "RP".

Honesty is a virtue, there is a automatic system that detects a ban evasion attempt.

I'm going to be very honest here, on the clip provided here you stepped out of the vehicle whilst your car was moving and pointing towards a group of people. Play stupid games and get stupid prizes. You're applying for staff and this especially makes it even dumber to me. I can understand that you are sorry but to me this was the risk you accepted to take by exiting a moving vehicle that is pointing to a group of players. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. Hello Justfire, Whilst Actual Sauerkraut originally banned you I extended it to a permanent ban for you having a big amount of past offenses. You left Roleplay whilst you were PK Active by starting a violent confrontation with the police, then a probationary officer sprinted to pd, went on duty and arrested you. (I Asked canadian and he said that was allowed) Less than 3 Days later you attempted to evade your permanent ban. You received a total of 25 other punishments in less than 8 months excluding this permanent ban. I do not believe you have learned anything at all and you haven't really contributed much towards roleplay whilst you did promise multiple staff members you would improve your behaviour everytime we adressed this in staff sits. Why did you attempt to evade and why didnt you mention this in your appeal? I do not think you should be unbanned at this moment.
