Since I've started playing the server I've basically always wanted to host and create GM events to create more things to do on the server for the community. As of recent I've noticed UA has been looking to make GM events more motivated to keep GM events fun RP wise and I believe if given the opportunity I would excel greatly within the position of Gamemaster. My other reason is again community based, I want people on the server to actually have fun and not have any poor experiences with staff this might be biased but I believe in my past I was a good unbiased member of staff, yes I wasn't perfect at points but I tried my best to provide the best experience possible. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I think I should be considered for a plethora of reasons I can list a few, I was previously staff for 8+ months and hit quota nearly every week, I missed it twice I believe. I got too much playtime on the server and can help out with nearly every issue a player would have. I will and HAVE banned my friends if they're acting like retards and breaking the rules, check Mards' bans for proof of this. In the sit room I hold 0 bias so you wont have to worry of any issues arising from accepting me. Do you have any previous staffing experience? RDM (POs x1) - I was messing around and RDM'd a kind hearted girl Metagame - Genuinely bullshit I didn't do anything, I was accused of metagaming that a Kosher Nostra member was in jail but I was literally just pissing about swapping characters and it was wrong place wrong time. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * People have mixed opinions about me, I hold no grudges. I'm a lover not a fighter... What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: This GM event: CLIP Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: I would notify the other staff online in @ chat about the incident in case of any MRDM, but in most situations, I wouldn't deal with it personally, unless this player is obviously just going around killing people for no reason. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would let the Senior Admin+ know about the abuse with clips for proof of it. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would deal with the sit as I would normally if they have recent notes about the same thing I would ban them, if they didn't have recent notes or no notes at all I would just give them a note. If I punished him differently (not noting/banning them for example) then if I didn't know him that would be completely biased. I would also call for a different staff if the reporting player wants a different one because of suspicion of bias.

Hi I am the banning Admin You called in a ticket for rdm after being killed For what i could see was random I didn't ask about the background as I thought at the time it was just street beef but You stole from the people and got killed for it which was lying to me as it wasn't random and when I pulled you originally you told me there was no reason for him to and yet you knew you had stolen from Him I believe you lied to me at the time to try and get away with it I saw the clips of you robbing them and the clip of you getting killed. I am sorry to have angered you but that is what I have to say.

I got banned for a reason that doesn't even exist and I didn't even lie on purpose, I was saying what I thought was true at the time. The admin extended the ban from 1 day to 3 days, I'd appreciate a full unban. Also the situation was fucked from the beginning, I had robbed a apt building 5-10 mins before I had gotten banned, and the whole reason I even got put into a sit was due to me wondering why I had gotten rdmed. The person I had robbed was a black jew, the person who killed me was a white guy wearing a payday 2 mask. That is why i was confused and had made the sit in the first place, and when Crimson the shitty admin who took my ticket pulled me into the sit room, I had said why i just got rdmed randomly and had left out that I had robbed his friend, but I never knew it was his friend in the first place, so after I show him my clip, he comps my knife and lets me go and I go on with my day then 2 mins later, I get pulled back into his sit and he starts yelling at me saying I lied to him and that I was at fault and now was getting banned for "lying to staff" for some reason. I tried explaning that I didnt know that was his friend and if i knew it in the first place I wouldnt had made the rdm sit anyways. But he didnt care and started yelling at me and started to shut me up for no reason and then banned me??
