They should PK fail muggers, (not new players though, they get one warning then PK next time they fail mug)

This is the evidence? It shows that there was 3 hours before I decided to mug someone, the entire time I was roleplaying. So please tell me because I don't see it in the rules anywhere, What's the minimum amount of hours a character needs before he's allowed to mug and its no longer considered a mugging character? Also what would make my character a "valid roleplaying character"??? What exactly do I need to do?

Actually, a good Idea. - Firstly, it would make it more annoying for people who speed around the map, and actually means they would have to lock in a lot more. - If the Checkpoints get approved, it allows them to do a lot more to basically help catch people who should be driving a vehicle - Instead of just a ticket or Arrest, there is a third option, which is the removal of the license, stopping them from driving, and if they do, they get arrested for it. --- - Cops are already nerfed to shit, mainly dealing with constant minges or terrorist groups that get voided. The odd big bust, but nothing concrete. With this being added, it could actually mean they could suspend certain Main character users from driving and potentially add more crimes to the list.

I scrolled through logs over an hour and with the provided evidence there was little to no roleplay to consider your character a valid roleplaying character at the time, After all the evidence and scrolling I saw you had a main character which you did not mug on and it gave me the impression you mugged on a fresh char to avoid possible pk risk.

Hello. I am the guy you almost successfully mugged, and a proper lick is something I will never be angry about. In this game, you can't just create a character and go around mugging people and making them risk everything while you're on a character you simply do not value. A lot of us put months and even years into these characters. Another problem, you and your friends were banned by 4lights on October 7th for fail-mug. I was the same victim. It is such a striking coincidence that I just so happened to be the same victim twice in a row, while you and your buddies were saying "I knew we'd catch a Jew" by the Governor's mansion, or did you forget? Read the rules of mugging, char abuse, mugging chars, target mugging etc. Instead, you should've mugged me on your Bonnanno Main, that would've been exciting to be honest, but you won't be getting that chance anymore, I'm sure of it, as you are disgrace to their name. If you some how mug me again after this 2 week ban it is obvious target mugging. This isn't some DarkRP garbage server. You likely only have one chance left. Alright, the only reason we took him to ghetto was because he radio' d to his faction that he was being robbed at Imperial and they were on the way. I have no idea who owns Imperial or that they were the Bonanno's enemies, so if you're implying it was targeted that's just false. I'm literally just an associate and wasn't hired too long ago, I don't know these things. I'm not really sure how to prove that I was actually RPing for those 3 hours, but do you really have any proof that I wasn't? And as far as the guns go, I literally found a shipment that was at 0 and the guys I met already had their own. I know I have past offences for fail-mugging but that doesn't really make me automatically guilty. My first ban I was pretty new to the server and some guy tried recruiting me to mug with him so I did, then proceeded to get banned because I didn't know what I was doing. After that I read over the mugging rules and tried again when I got back, but it seems that whenever somebody mugs on a character that isn't in a faction it's automatically labeled as a mugging character (which is why I was banned the second time). This time I really thought I played by every rule but here we are.

I was the one who banned you for two weeks, First of all, you literally just created the character (this morning for me), got a pistol and went on to mug someone in imperial which then falls under the robbery / raiding rule. Funny thing is, you're a Bonanno Main and the first thing I see you do is mug someone in Imperial. Your main characters enemy property! And eventhough, Imperial was empty no one was in there but you and the person who you put under FearRP, you could've just dragged him in the corner somewhere but no, you dragged your blindfolded guy on the street and drove him to the ghetto to continue your mug there. I mostly punished you for the mugging character because literally you create it, somehow find 4 guns which could be lucky but raised alot of concerns, then see 3 hours of no genuine roleplay that could indicate your character could be considered legit or a valuable character in the logs and then i see you tying up the victim, I banned you for two weeks because you had two prior offenses to mugging and I think you claiming that you met someone in prison was not true on this current character I issued the punishment for, You met someone in prison on your Johnny Curry character, could be a misunderstanding with these characters.

It'd be a cool little layer of roleplay to have the ability to have your driver's license suspended or revoked due to criminal actions involving your vehicle, and for that to be displayed on your driver's license just like the felony tracking. Further, tickets being paid to police and having all this weird out of game tracking is just fucking weird. I'm not saying make a darkrp tool, but like we could make a ticket pad that gives out the ticket and fine using drop menus, give the player an actual item to go take to the desk sgt, and pay directly. If the player fails to pay the ticket, their license gets suspended. Traffic offense rp is basically fucking retarded most of the time since you go to write the ticket out of game and by the time youre done they just leave or run you over or some other gay nonsense to the point its not fun. The cops often abuse it since there is very little auditing of the system, etc. Its just not realistic or fun as it currently is laid out. For tickets that are gonna be contested, when writing the ticket the officer simply puts down a brief summary on the ticket, when + where + etc and then if you want to contest that you can make a ticket on the discord. Lotta rp can be brought from this change.

I didn’t create the character specifically to mug, I created it yesterday morning and was playing on it and roleplaying all day before I met some people in prison and we decided to mug somebody when we got out. Also I don’t understand how it was a failmug, we initiated the mugging in a yellow zone, tied him up, threw him into our car & drove him to a nearby secluded area. There was nobody around when we initiated it. So please explain how it was a failmug??? The RP was there and as far as I know we broke no rules.
