I am the member of staff who banned you, Wednesday was a very chaotic night with the server bugging out and losing all clothes, however it was stated multiple times in OOC by myself and other members of staff that normal server rules were still in effect, regardless of the situation of everyone being a white shirt for a few hours. A lot of people then decided to try and storm the PD and during that chaotic event there were a lot of times I spotted you ramming large crowds of people in a car outside of the PD. I am fine with you being unbanned, but you need to take into account that the rules don't just magically go out the window because there's a bug with the server.

Idk, my company the hiring process usually takes an an hour with brand new people. I've hired 5 people at the same time, but I went and looked for those guys. I bought them suits, I asked for their character back stories, I walked around with them and gave them a tour. Just because you don't see everything a faction is doing with their hires doesn't mean that they are just hiring them in 5 minutes. Retention rates are lower bc we hire a ton of people but the difference between us is that I hire 10 people in a week and only 5 stay. You hire 2 a week and bitch on forums.
