What do you do?:report to an higher up A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: i would handle it like any other case

While waiting for the proper format, Hello banning mod here. While he’s being annoying on a piano yes, it’s still RDM. If you warn someone 3 times you have to make an attempt to pistol whip them, punch, etc. If you just automatically shoot its RDM ( I’ve gotten in trouble myself for that). Due to this and you having quite a few priors, I decided on a week. Next time please pistol whip him first, or even make a ticket to staff and let us handle it (the better choice) you can also turn sound effects down in your audio options.

Jmoorsey, Honestly as you're constantly spamming tickets with 'former staff btw' you should know better as a former staff member! You "attacked the wrong person" and then attempted to rdm the guy with the hammer and got you killed, even if there was a clip to prove it was not rdm due to some what reason, you still broke NLR and you returned to the scene with your bike within 2 minutes to intentionally run them over and you were laughing about it! Don't think you should be unbanned and consider yourself lucky that it was only a 3d ban you received 3 notes in a span of 5 days. When your ban expires maybe do not behave like a total minge you definetly should know better as someone who was former staff Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied.
