    Ban Appeal

    As an Ex staff member. This ban seems to be silly for hitting a car with a bike. I have seen worse and players still never got banned for it. Not even a note but just a straight ban. I have known Office worker for 2 years now and he is a well known guy around the city. Upper management should consider to reverse this ban. Also, take some grammar lessons before you try to respond to another player you ban buddy

  10. As The Mod who ban you, you were seen in clips ramming into cars Where I can see the VDM Happening. When The Sit also occours, Logs were down to a bad gateway, Upon Checking your characther, You had mutiple characthers, which back up the possible Powergaming. As you were reportly switching characthers to get your bike back Good Luck on your appeal

    Ban Appeal

    Steam Name: [Office worker] SteamID: [STEAM_0:0:35866350] Banned By: Avada Kedavra (STEAM_0:0:210154522) Ban Reason: NITRP | LTAP | VDM | Powergaming | Metagaming Length: 2 Days I wish to appeal my ban as I think the staff member who issued it did not take the time to listen to my arguments and do proper research before issuing it, slammed a bunch of random stuff together quickly as he seemed to be under pressure and listening to the people who where yelling the loudest during the sit. I was told to do a ban appeal by the staff member during the sit, so here it is. To the banning admin I wish to clarify that I do not know ICy or OOCly who was playing on the other character that was mentioned by the person who made a ticket during the sit, nor was I aware that they had trouble with someone else while I was interacting with them. Only thing different is that in one clip my character is wearing a gestapo and in the other my character is wearing a worker uniform, Staff can go check in my first bank account of that character, the gestapo is in there and my character is wearing the uniform. They are also free to search all the others character and their banks. This character is the only one where I have a gestapo, a hard hat and a worker uniform. You will notice in both instance that the character is wearing a hard had and large sunglasses and has hair sticking from the front of the yellow hard hat. The staff member also mentioned that i have 5 characters but I fail to see how it is relevant as I only interacted with these guys with one. VDMing: Please find any instance where I have sent someone to the hospital today. If i sent someone between 12:30-3:30 pm Est that was not the intention, accidents do happen. I would be very surprise if I sent more than one person there, than again I am very sorry and I will take the L if something unfortunate like this happened. But I don’t even recall an instance where I even knocked someone unconscious. Considering I used a bike and that a bike has a small hit box, it is possible but unlikely to hit people walking in the street. LTAP: Is used almost exclusively when you are brought to a staff sit or you are being arrested and you leave. I did none of those. I was neither arrested and I did not leave a staff sit. I did close the game at one point thinking my game was bugged, but I was back as quick as possible within about 5 minutes. I think it is normal to close a game once during a 3 hour playing session. So I dint LTAP a staff sit or an arrest as far as i was aware and I was back on the server within an appropriate amount of time. I did mention that i closed my game around 5-15 minutes before the sitdown to the staff member during the staff sitdown and they seem to have interpreted that as me LTAPing. NITRP: Staff can check my text logs, at one point I go and attempt to apologize for hitting their car. The other party radioed a text to someone saying i came over to appologized. I waited for a little bit, some people came over and the interaction pretty much stopped there. You will notice this is before the sit. After I apologize I stopped to the best of my ability to interact with them and stop the roleplay as the roleplay was not really great and they did not seem to enjoy it. I was brought to the staff sitdown after the whole interaction was over. Powergaming: Forcing Unfair Actions: I have not essentially declared myself the winner of the scenario without allowing the other player to resist, run, or counter or used abusive /me that does gives not an opportunity for the other party to take action. Physical and Lore Impossibility: I did not role-playing that my character has attributes, knowledge, or physical capabilities that they realistically shouldn’t have within the server's setting. 3. Abusing Animation Locks and Script Limitations : Taking advantage of the actual game engine's limitations or custom scripts to trap another player in a situation where they are physically unable to fight back due to the game's code, rather than the roleplay scenario. For example, I did not pick up anyone that was knocked over and prevented him from playing and/or killing him. I wish to thank whichever staff member(s) who will take the time to validate the information that I have presented here and review this ban appeal. -Office worker

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * from the time i have played on this server and considering i have a cop char I myself first hand have witnessed biased things VDM and RDM. And honestly I wanna help stop that from happening cause i know for some people that can just ruin their whole playing experience and make them not want to play anymore. so that motivates me to want to be staff. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I don't have many reasons I think anyone can be better but considering I'm usually not busy in my free time and summer vacation is coming up i will be on most the time and will be able to help. If so, list their names: Lunar ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: considering I am off duty I know I don't have the same ability as I do on duty so i would make a ticket like any other player You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: first talk to them about it and say how i noticed what they were doing and advise them to stop but I would also let some one higher up know . A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: i would treat this like any other person on the server i would pull them in and tell them to stop and note what they have been doing if I see them do it again i would given them a consequence as even if friends I wont tolerate it as they and i know how it is to face minges and RDMers. ---------------------------------------------------------
