That just sounds like you have a hard time separating OOC from IC, moderation is an OOC job. How you conduct yourself in RP is irrelevant if you aren't rule breaking.

+1 Dude has a heart of gold. Being a Gmod staff member is no more qualified than a 3rd shift security guard and this guy is overqualified with his military background.

The fishing system we have is old, and it's one of the ways to make small income, but I do want a new revamped fish system. Maybe different bait and better fishing gear. It's like the new marijuana system. If you use the better bait and fishing gear, the outcome of catching expensive fish is rewarding. Still, a chance of getting something no-value or items. Maybe make it a challenge to reel in rewarding fish items. The system we have is not as rewarding. Also add fish vendor further away from the docks to receive a bigger monetary reward. This is just my idea. If this isn't important now, then I wanted to throw my idea. The in-game economy has inflated, and the fish prices are somewhat still stagnate.

When you had your staff application out last time, you had "future staff member" in your description and minged, getting arrested etc. How seriously would you take your job as a staff member if you're acting that way in game? -1 but hope to see you as a legitimate roleplayer in town.

+1, Knows how to have fun, but is also serious when duty calls. He's played on the server a lot, and he's active on forums. He used to staff on a server I played before a while ago, and he did really well and was generally professional and helpful.
