A system that takes the simple scratch off ticket that everyone knows well, and implementing it into the game as a way for players to gamble, and make another source of income in a legal way (or illegal if this goes far). There can be different tickets that have low risk-low reward and high risk-high reward; the rewards being anywhere from a few dollars to in the thousands. First thank you for your support pearce and you do bring up a valid question, To answers your question, I said in my appeal it's not exactly that I need to learn the rules more, its that I need a different set of mind to separate from rule breaking like constantly thinking if my actions would have a negative consequence OOC'ly. People I had done some of these things with such as Susan and Ubersoldaten (Mad Max) can vouch that for a certain time I would deny any invitations to do things strictly because I feared it can or would result in me receiving a warning, note, or ban. There had also been numerous of times were I avoided multiple opportunities to commit shootings just because I saw that the circumstances may have seemed too baity. I know I have the capacity to have foresight in my actions but truth be told I can't exactly say whether I will 100% keep a clean record but I do know that if that record is added too, it will result in my removal from this community again. Unless I pay pendred but I know if this is accepted it's going to be like $500 the next time.

I have a very mixed opinion for this ban. As much as I really like Chief Sosa and want to see him unbanned because of how funny the guy was, in the administrative perspective it is very difficult to justify unbanning someone who has been perma'd 2+ times and there being genuine proof for the unperma. At the same time, I want to vouch for Sosa because his appeal seems apologetic; once again. How would you ensure that these bans don't happen again? It feels like the same mistake may happen in the future and that the appeal wouldn't have been all the worth if that was the case.

Hi, I was the banning staff member. Multiple tickets were made complaining that you were talking OOC and making OOC threats after an altercation that happened. after spectating you for a bit I saw you were claiming to be a staff member on an "alt account" and could get rid of people, not only that but you were saying "say goodbye to your steam account" to players in character. After this transpired I pulled you, spoke to you and informed you that if this repeated itself you would be getting banned, you apologized and said it would not. not 15 minutes later you again make vague threats towards someone finished with "DDOS will be the least of your worries" this is not tolerated behavior.
