I love how someone keeps deleting my replies because I am using rules as proof that this PK cannot be approved at all by the staff team. Once again,"If someone has committed an offense against you (Act of violence, mugging, etc) you may recognize them based on their voice and clothing for up to 30 minutes afterwards. Players may change clothes or lay low during this time to avoid recognition. " So let's say that even if he wore everything that he was wearing during the mugging, after 30 minutes you cannot do anything. Even when you get set PK Active, the admin itself says, "You have 15 minutes to hunt him down," at least I was told this by the staff. Knowing that you killed him in front of the Garrison, and you knowing that he works there and that his friends are around, and you knowing that his friends are around who will kill you at any moment, you still killed him there, showing that you don't value your character's life at all, who normal would do that? Akira probably thought that he was safe because hours passed he thought that he was set active like 10+ minutes after the mugging, which is normal. Nobody who read the mugging rules would expect getting blasted 3 hours later.

Hey! You were reported by a bunch of Kosher Notra people for mass raiding the Russian Apartment Building. I was one of the people "AFK" inside. I was the one who closed the door after I ran out, seeing that I had no weapon and you guys weren't fully paying attention. I did make two plain English radio calls for all Jews to defend Room #1. I heard Honeybun's radio make a transmitting sound (he was the other AFK player). I think it's fair to say you guys got caught, read the radio transmission (due to proximity), and saw the four underground advertisements made saying that you guys were raiding the building. Within 10 verifiable minutes of organizing the response effort (with you guys trapped inside), we opened the door with about 7 armed guys, and cleared the room. You guys weren't inside. It's not like this response took 30 minutes to an hour. It was a swift response made by Kosher, Lucchese, and Popov that took no longer than 10 minutes. Even if you graze through the very small section of rules regarding Raid PKs, you'd easily find redundancy in the rules saying the following; (1) If you combat log during a raid, it's a PK (2) If you die during a raid, it's a PK (3) If you die throughout a 15 minute timer, you're PKed If you truly read the section regarding Raiding, you'd see the two sentences that address the three outcomes that result in PKs. In addition, there is not one server, on GMOD, FiveM, or any game that does not punish leaving during roleplay.

Mentioned friend of his here. We met a couple months ago on a different DarkRP server and I can vouch that he's definitely came a long way on GMod going from a semi-mingy person to a serious role-player. He seems very apologetic and willing to follow server rules, I even went over the rules with him lmao. Hello I'm commenting because I saw things that led up to the PK outside the Garrison. The hunting party had been camping the Garrison going in and out and looking at Akira he ended up sitting on the railing outside the Garrison pretending to be afk to stake out our business. He was told to leave the area and was killed. He was actively hunting one of our people who was pk active and was killed by one of our people before he shot his target so I'd like to make an argument that he should be PKd for that and Akira's should be null and void. You used your voice near the person you mug not long after with no mask on mins after the fact you mugged him then was id and followed to where you hid at garrison. I get what you saying, but what i dontt understand is this after i switched everything about myself, how did they even figure out i was the one who mugged them? it had been hours since the situation, and I was in a completely different fit with a whole different playermodel. Based on the response I got, that’s apparently not even possible Also I wanna add this too, we killed the guy like 10–15 minutes before the incident, everything was within the rules, but he still got it comp'd and breaks the NLR rules because he was afk??? he literally came out of admin sit AND with the same weapon he got comp’d for, broke the NLR rules and came back to PK me??

I'm the staff member who unknowingly took the RDM ticket of the person who PK'ed Akira. In the clip I was provided, the person was sitting on the dupe of The Garrison, was asked to leave both in chat and in voice multiple times and was killed after he didn't respond. I opted to refund the person his firearm due to him being AFK at the time of his killing but opted not to punish the attacker. I was also present in the sit where he asked Shauning questions regarding his PK as there were no UA to take the in-game ticket at the time. While it won't be appropiate for me to comment on the overall situation, due to me being stafflocked I had the time to fly around for hours and saw a considerable amount of Russian people standing out of The Garrison.

After confirming that it was a legit mug the guy asked about getting a revenge kill. I explained to him that he would need to ID the person that mugged him, when he walked past the Garrison he saw you. You still had the grey/white hair male09 model, with a gas mask on and a black bandanna on.
