I'm very patient and I could be calm under pressure (like when dealing with a minge starts getting annoying/heated). I want to keep this place a minge free server to the best of my ability. As I mentioned before in my previous staff application, I can tell the difference between an annoying minge and a new player that doesn't really know the rules/know what they're doing. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I balance decisiveness and compassion. I can enforce rules without "drama ing" up, and I always explain staff decisions. I'm detail oriented fine with logs, clipping evidence, and writing legible notes so my cases are reproducible and transparent. I am on most of the time so I'll be there anytime a member needs me. I have a lot of free time on my hands and I've been playing a lot more than I used to. I am on pretty much every day and if I'm not on the server, I'm interacting with members via faction discords and such. Do you have any previous staffing experience?: Yes, Moderator in Diverge Networks. Current Moderator and Gamemaster for an up and coming Wildwestrp, Frontier Networks. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, Item transfer, Metagame, Unauthorized Diverge Related Discord. (Ban got appealed) Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say I'm decently well known in the community. I hang around a lot of faction discords and I'm meeting people pretty constantly. I'd say I'm known as approachable and helpful, I help newcomers to the server and teach them the ropes. I also try my hardest to avoid OOC drama and don't let it interfere with my RP. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: My favorite moment was the recent event Canadian Bacon held, we had to sneak through the governors mansion and the RP was fun, funny, and serious. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: N/A ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I wouldn't retaliate nor handle it personally, I would take a clip of the incident and try to get the attention of a different staff member and send them the clip. If there are no other staff members online I would switch to my admin char and make sure the culprit isn't in an active RP scenario, I would then pull him to a sit and handle him accordingly. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would take personal notes of everything they do. I would not confront them publicly nor in game and I would avoid creating drama. I would then follow the staff chain of command, I would send clips of everything the staff member is doing to another member of UA and let them do the work. I would take clips, screenshots and get as much evidence I can against them. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would let another member deal with the ticket. If there were no staff around or they are busy with tickets, I would voice that it's one of my friends and that there could be bias. If I have to handle it, I would bring in a second staff member for transparency then deal with the ticket as it should be. If they're at fault and they broke the rules of the server, I apply the standard punishment. Yes it constitutes as possible bias.

You have a track record of just being a disagreeable person in general. Cut the personal bias, and restore the 1 week.

truthfully, I understand that you enjoy the power you have in the online gaming community. I'm just asking you to unbias yourself and stick to the facts here. Regardless of language. The facts: I'm Willing to serve the 7-day ban My Roommate can't play because we share an IP address You have spent 37% of the total time that exists in the last 2 week on the game. 8.6 Hours per day. We really get it brother, truthfully. we understand. Life does suck and it sucks worse when you're unemployed. Just lift the ban.

Theres no flip flopping, seeing something, asking about it, and then being told about it are all equal. the language i use doesn't matter. it doesn't prove your conjecture at all, its just you trying so desperately to be correct that you ignore all actuality of the events. The fact of the matter is that the console permabanned both of us, and im asking for that to be lifted to observe the initial 7 day ban, and to let my friend play the game he bought to play with me. Inb4: "You said he was your roommate and now you're saying hes your friend, doesnt add up" You can stop with the fake detective work, getting your feelings hurt, and just lift the permaban. I wasnt going to appeal until the console initiated the permaban based on IP. Stick to the facts here and stop trying to make 100 conjectures to make yourself feel better.

That was like when detectives were still allowed to go undercover via rumour and other things, we had a detective in our firm back then and no one wanted to pk the individual for tax evasion and since the detective saw a planned crew meeting they got a warrant to plant wires.
