Anyway, the main issue with this pk is 1 thing. There *might* be some disagreements about the timing of the fear RP and the timing of him pulling a gun; which came first, but frankly he had guns on him and they were obviously there to mug him and he knew that and he took the risk. Maybe there's a discussion to be had about it, but it's irrelevant. The only thing that is an issue here is one of the muggers is a minge character. The only RP he actually partakes in is baiting cops and shooting them. This appeal is accepted.

I am convinced from my change of mind and reading on rules not only that but looking back on old clips I have realized on how much trouble I was causing and by looking back I changed my ways and honestly Bacon I really hope you can give me a second chance there is nothing to justify my actions I'm just asking for forgiveness and another chance on diverge.

Why are you so convinced you changed so much in just 4 months? Why didn't you change in the 5 months you were playing when you accumulated 11 bans? What's different in a shorter amount of time?

Nothing much else to say as the member of staff who oversaw the PK. When you join a faction you agree to abide by their faction rules and breaking them can lead to your death at any moment in time. Ultimately you decided to leave a different faction to join Cassanos, they were more than likely informed of your betrayal to that other faction and then decided that you should be killed for betraying their allies.

I undertsand that but it wasn't in my intention for the guy to just go up and RDM him. He never told me how he was going to do it and I didn't tell him just to go up and shoot him so I feel like he should also be held accountable. Also to reply to axcurs I was on my main all day grinding and rping I was only on that character for that little sliver at night. Also before you say that character is just a "minge" character it is not. I have created many RP situations on that character and I am also quite known as that character aswell. I also didn't vdm or kill anyone that night I didn't even get pulled for that or even banned for that so I don't know where the VDM charge comes in. I was in a car yes but I was not the driver at any of those points.

I'm at 65 points it feels like it take me over 10 hours to get 1 point.

Banning admin here, as I mentioned in your friend's appeal, you were doing anything but actual RP (ramming into cars/people etc), and yes, while I did let you go with just a note/warning for being a passenger most of the time, you did end up RDMing someone in the same night which lead to this ban (you left the server so I couldn't grab you). You paid some random guy $1000 to go and kill a certain individual who wasn't affiliated with you, and for absolutely no valid kill reason. Paying someone for hits is not against the rules, but it becomes RDM if it's not for a valid kill reason. Banning admin here, I watched you and your friend drive around and mess with cops for absolutely no reason. Then I kept watching you as you drove around and hit people with your car (killing one civ near Chinatown) and just ramming into other cars constantly. I must have watched you for at least 20-30 minutes, and you were doing everything but actually RP. It's not just about cop baiting, just generally NITRP and being total minges. This ruins the fun for those who actually enjoy the game, even though you may have a different opinion on what fun might be.

For EXTRA CLARIFICATION: the mugging should not even have happened to begin with, and I want to know your counterpoint. There was a witness and witnesses should not be able to see a mugging initiate, which is already pointed out in my video very thoroughly. edit: Don't forget, the 5 second rule isn't proving the time point of necessity in shooting me, it's proving that I was given enough time (five seconds) to realize what was happening! 2 seconds and 30 milliseconds is not enough! And also, double don't forget; If you look at the video (YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO!!!) you'll find that I had my gun out before his first command ever left his mouth, on my screen! This is at the very least proof that I had a gun out before I knew what was going on, and far before I knew it was a mugging, which he is supposed to make clear within those five seconds!!! Telling me to stop moving while he's shuffling around and gunpoint is uncertain (POINTED OUT IN THE VIDEO!!!) where the gun is NOT certain to me leaves it fairly ambiguous as to who's in trouble! ESPECIALLY WITHIN TWO AND A HALF SECONDS IN LITERAL TERMS!!!
