There have been multiple times we have done something that had been counted as a raid which could have been argued, but it wasn't. Rules were adapted and both sides agreed to the rules. If there were two people in a building throwing around trash then it would be counted as a raid. You guys aren't understanding that the reason he was pk'd wasn't just because it was a raid. It was a raid of one of the two selected safehouses. In escalation raid rules are different. 3 raids a day, 2 safehouses which are pkable. Others are raidable, but not pkable. You should have just put trash outside of the business. You came in and raided, in a building you should not have been in. From an RP stance, how were they to know all you did was throw one piece of trash? There is no IC proof that was all was done. At the time they shot you, they may have thought you did rob it. You don't have a room there, there was no other reason for you to be inside than to get into shit and disrupt business.

the meat market isnt a safe house. Factions involved in this conflict can raid up to 3 times per reset without risk of PK, with exceptions of the safe house. If you raid a saf ehouse you are pk active.

No? Because nobody would be dumb enough to leave the enemy faction with keys, like if you entered with keys and you literally only put one piece of trash down and then attempted to leave and keyword coming DO NOTHING ELSE, then nobody would classify that as a raid.

because he walked into a building he should not have had access to which was a safe house, impeded on business(the trash), and then engaged in violent acts he got pk'd. If I did this to 7/12 or The warehouse, which you have made your safehouses then I'd be pk'd as well. I've made all of my associates understand that they are not to act on their own in the way Gent did, and they both know the buildings they are not to touch period. Trash on the outside is a different story, but this was trash in the entrance of the building. No matter how he got in it counts as a raid, similar to if we ran into an open door and did this, it would still be a raid. You argue ignorance, but that does not clear any guilt, it just places it on others shoulders. When my associates do stupid shit because I didn't tell them not to, my pocket bleeds and my associates die. That's how this works. Stop being whiny bitches.

As someone who has put thousands of rounds down a gun range irl my my gun has jammed like twice, and that was mostly due to user error/very cheap ammo. It does not add to RP because a jamming gun is kind of unrealistic. (unless you never clean your weapons)
