If that passed nobody would hire anyone new cause of the liability and the server would start a gradual downfall. RICOs kill factions, and theres no fun in that when the point of the server is to mafia rp. I wouldnt be opposed to something similar to rico that is way nerfed and not incredibly hard to prevent. So much would have to change for RICO cases to be able to coexist with crim factions

Literally like if we're gonna shift things to make police more powerful we do need to have better measures to control those at the bottom to prevent several forms of abuse. Why should a freshie that joined 30 minutes ago be given access to a supplier that his management never introduced him to?
