Hello, so before I go into the more specific details I would like to clear up a misconception. This pk has nothing to do with any escalation level. Reason being this hadn't been escalated yet, if he didn't pay and sos refused any action Kosher may have escalated the issue which would then make it subject to the rules of escalation and conflict. If a faction charges 100k and an apology in this situation there is no issue, as I stated prior this is not under escalation and SOS had no obligation to accept, they faced escalation if they did not go ahead and deal with this. As this issue did not reach that point it was still subject to normal faction demands under the “ You should seek a sit down with the leadership of the opposing family/gang and work out some sort of deal. Either reparations through money or possibly have a sanctioned hit against the accused party in order to maintain a diplomatic relationship without causing conflict.” Section of the rules. Due to that this is a simple case of a person refusing orders and refusing his chance clear the beef due to the risk of relations going downhill he was killed. Due to that reasoning this appeal has been denied.

I disagree with this for reason that there would be no more point in buying them into the game into a custom item like no one would be able to buy them honestly my advise is to just ignore them

Lockpick and a certain number of the faction who owns it need to be online. If it's PD lockers, you can't

just ignore them then, its there for visualization of what they have.

The drug brick/barrel/jar system works as followed; You can obtain bricks/barrels/jars by either finding them through out unclaimed shipments (when the timer is on 0 seconds (because the ordering owner did not collect their shipment within 30 minutes after it has been delivered) and you can order drugs at the NPC whenever you're inside any faction that is involved in the criminal underworld. At the barge there is a NPC (named "**REDACTED**") where you can purchase a drug processor for $2250, whenever you have found a random shipment whilst not being in any family you can process any drugs and sell them, however whenever you're part of a family lets say you're in Bonanno and they have Weed then you can process weed but you cannot sell it to the NPC. Basically you're stimulated to trade / sell drugs to other players with a different racket. here is a guide for new players and eventhough this is the old map for the NPC's here are all the NPC's + the Barge. you find a crafting table where you use the drugs to craft different higher tier drug items and you can get the diverge battle pass where you get custom skins every day as long as your crafting drugs

So, Reason for the PK Was Disrespect & Refusing to pay the 100K. My orders were to pay the Jews. i payed the Jews 100K and Did Not Apologize and You can only demand one or the other. Not both, not only did yall demand both you demanded 10x the amount allowed. and after I paid the 100K you Jews still demanded id be PK’d and apparently told the SOS I didn’t pay. and at first in this appeal Jarad was stating I didn’t pay, Then back my own claims proving I paid. & also if I didn’t pay the 100K. Why are yall charging the LT 200K for Helping me Pay? you cannot demand Tax & Apology.its either or. you also can’t Take the 100K tax, say I didn’t pay & then demand I be PK’d. Also I did No Metagame on the fact I knew his rank, I know the ranks and people as I was in Kosher as a Kapo for a long time. & as you boys can tell I got a lot of homies in Kosher. You then proceeded to ask one of the jews for a 100k loan and I quote "Can you give me 100k that way the money im giving them is from the jews". You yourself mentioned how you never apologized but gave the money to a low command member who ICLY (dont know if you mentioned it to him oocly, or tried bringing low command into this) didnt know what was going on. While the second sitdown was going on you made ANOTHER advert. Someone made an advert saying "DEAD NIGGER IN IMPERIAL" which you replied to with "Is it Jarad" Idk if this is just you trolling but you arent entitled to "clips" or "proof" of the sitdowns. You not seeing them doesnt invalidate anything that happened, only ones entitled to this is UA.
