You got told no one else could come in, there's about 20 witnesses, and Boom was there telling you to not come in when you pushed your way past him.

I was screaming because I was tazed, I was told it was a public court then got body blocked from leaving

First i want to apologise for the trouble ive so often caused in this server. I was justifiably permabanned, my behavior was wrong and i kept repeating my behavior which already led to several bans and kicks in the past. But now its been almost a year and i think back fondly on my moments in MafiaRP, i think of the friends i made and the awesome roleplay scenarios i had, and how mafiarp provided an easy, accessible, engaging and fun roleplaying experience for me. And i think back on how i broke rules for no real reason besides laughs and immaturity, but those laughs i had then and my behavior back then came at the expense of other people's experiences and it only brought harm. Now ive had such a long time away from gmod since i got banned, because i played most on mafiarp and after that i didnt have many servers to really find a similar experience at all. And i realise how dumb it really was of me to behave that way, but not only that i realise how i just dont feel the need to break rules anymore. Back then i got bored or i wanted to spice things up by doing something dumb to get a reaction out of people, i behaved like a loser. But now i just want to experience the roleplay i enjoyed back then, make new friends and have fun again in this server. To me roleplay is a way to express myself in a creative way, i act out scenarios in my head often and think of how i might be able to recreate that in a roleplay server, i get inspired by movies or shows or books and its part of the joy for me in roleplay, just the acting type of experience, the stories you're able to shape with others. So what it comes down to is that i miss roleplaying with others, and no other server provided such an experience for me like mafiarp did. Id very much like to come back again, and just utilise this server for what its made for, before i got permabanned i saw something about a new map, im not up to date but if thats already out im very excited to explore it, it looked great and in general i look forward to just playing this game again. Please give me this chance, though i may not deserve it cause of my foolishness, i understand if you dont. But if you do ill be truly grateful because you'll open the gates for me to roleplay again which is and always will be something i enjoy. Thank you regardless of what you choose, just for reading and giving me this opportunity to appeal.

Diverge is a serious Roleplay server where we try our absolute best that everyone can have the best and the most fun rp experiences without any rulebreakers trying to disturb that. Seven days is fine and justified to me, however I do feel like you were sincere and apologetic about the LTAP situation so therefore I will be reducing your ban. I mean I've ran over people before, and I didn't mean to kill them it was just for jokes. I can take the blame for that but, I quite literally just got off to go to bed it was 3am. Plus I wasn't even aware of the Ltap rule, for a first offense 7 days is a little outrageous

I wasn't the banning admin but I was the one who took the ticket, when I took it, it was clear he tried to get you to say it again but you didn't at all and kinda seems hard to see if he baited you that you stopped saying it. Plus the clip isn't you just saying the word DDOS but you saying you would DDOS this server

Banning Staff here, You deliberately ran over 5 people killing 2 of them, and left within 60 seconds, so you're reasoning is that you parked in the parking lot for 5 minutes and logged off to go to sleep is pretty unbelievable. If you stayed in Server long enough after running over 5 people and killing 2 of them, you would've been present for the Staff Sit. and who knows you probably wouldn't be needing to make this appeal, but ultimately you Left To Avoid Punishment. leaving me no other option but to Ban you for MVDM and LTAP.

Because I am genuinely innocent in the matter I will admit I was behaving in an irrational and violent manner but I have no intention of causing harm to anyones real personal life and I am not some filthy Hacker despite what Skagg has claimed.
