For the last 6 months I have wanted to comeback to this server as I feel I have learned from my mistakes and I really enjoyed the time that I had on the server, I had many prior offenses, though I wasn't always a bad player , most of the time when I played I remained in character and helped promote roleplay on the server, in my last stint on the server before my permaban I had grown as a player, I had become a better, more responsible player, unfortunately with my previous record being so strong against me, the one incident in December was enough to land me a permaban, I believe I have grown and learnt even more as a player since then and I would like to comeback to this server once more. Why should you be unbanned? I believe that I should be unbanned because I have grown as a person and a player and if Im given the opportunity to comeback to this server one more time, I can and will remain a clean player on the server. I made mistakes but I have learned from them, and I would be blessed if I was given another opportunity to play on this server.

The addition of the role of non staff game masters. Giving the ability of trusted people who make great events / props be involved in the making of server wide events in the city. Potentially and hopefully adding more events, more fun events and not as reliant on GMs who may or may not run events consistently (which is understandable). They wouldn't require any staff roles and can coordinate with staff/admins to move/bring people if needs be and have them be watched. The only thing they may get is no clip and greater access to restricted props/prop limits. Again, this would be a very strict role and limited to individuals which staff can trust and believe can produce great events/prop events/game modes. This is written from ignorance as, I am sure like most people, I've no idea how things are run or how strict things are behind the scenes etc. Merely writing to give GMs further support and have more fun events ran that are different from the status quo (treasure hunt, PvP based fighting, Defend/Assault the base etc)

I've already admitted to being annoying, that's pretty common on the server, and I don't think the rules say you can't annoy players lol. I just don't see how me being annoying is me breaking the rules, they had many options to deal with it IC'ly and didn't. When they killed me, I would leave them alone and go do something else. I didn't die and then return straight to the place that never happened. you even said that by saying "yes, it's right at the 15 minute mark" I'm aware of that rule and I try to follow it to the best of my abilities. also yeah when you said "you were in this exact zone" yeah, that's where I got killed the second time when they made the NLR report after I left the hospital. I didn't die there originally to break NLR. I was killed outside the PD near the main road whilst trying to flee to the police station. (before that the last time I died outside town hall was like 30 minutes prior) so how is that the same zone lol its literally totally different streets. so with that logic, what do I do when I respawn, hide in the hospital for 15 minutes despite the fact I wasn't even killed at the town hall ?? (where they killed me again and made the NLR report on me) also your saying I was warned before, the only thing I was warned for verbally was for breaking NLR where I said sorry, in my previous sit the guy was even mad that I called him names and the staff member told him to just deal with it and I would only be punished for NLR ( I forget who that staff member was but I'm sure you guys have it logged)

Hi! Banning admin here. I received multiple reports of a player breaking NLR. When bringing all three ticket makers to a sit, they had reported you had come back to the area of their business and repeatedly were interacting with them after they had told you to leave and even killed you. They could not provide a clip so I had to check your logs to piece together where you were. For context all of these logs are in this exact zone, which can be confirmed by reviewing staff as well. The first interaction in your logs that was with in the timeframe of potential NLR breaks was here (4533.431152,5465.463867,-55.968750), your first death. With your first combat interaction with the same group on a new life soon after here (5300.614258,5540.248535,-45.587456). This then lead to your second death here (4945.826660,4292.528320,-63.968750). Yes, it is right at the 15 minute mark so generally I would allow some grace; however, you have two previous notes in the past month for the exact same offenses. Both NLR and NITRP. This explains the NLR. Now, the NITRP. For this, I pulled your chat logs seeing if you were speaking in voice or over text. And sure enough, you are a typer. Sorry, and this will be embarrassing on a public forum for all to see, but here are your chat logs. So, to confirm you were still interacting with them, I pulled a log from around the times of your two deaths. That log is here (4149.584473,5273.385742,-23.968750) and can also be confirmed by positional logs. Again, reinforcing your NLR rule break, but also look through those logs. That's not RP, definitely not serious RP. You have a history of being a minge and all of these logs confirmed that for me. While it may be your first ban, you have two POs for the exact same situation. Which means you have on two other separate instances been told this behavior is not welcome and not appreciated. I hope you take this time to reflect on your choices and learn to respect this community before returning to play with us again.

Well firstly, this is my first ban, I follow the rules I think I've only had one warn in the past for breaking NLR accidentally which got me banned this time. Firstly I did not break NLR last night what, happened was that I was outside of a bar owned by people who had been arguing with me and they asked me to leave, I said a few insults and then began to walk away. at that point, they started to chase me and beat me, so I sprinted to the PD and I was killed just outside of the PD carpark on the main road. I then spawned back in at the hospital and walked out where they ran over to me un provoked and started to punch and kill me with bats again. After that one of the guys said over mic that he had made a ticket for NLR. The staff never took me to a sit and I left the server like an hour later and I was banned, I don't see how that is breaking NLR firstly I never walked over to them and secondly I didnt even die at the townhall area. if they have sent clips as proof then that should clearly be visible in the clips. I also never broke any RP roles and I was roleplaying the entire time so I'm not sure where NITRP appeared, when they told me to leave I did, when they pulled weapons I backed up fearing my life and I broke no metagaming or rules like that, I followed every rule I didnt punch or attack them at the most I insulted them and then left when prompted to. Any clips will show me following fear rp rules and not breaking them, I had every intention to roleplay and I did, I don't see how its my fault that they didnt enjoy my rp, instead of reporting me they should have delt with it IC'ly (the apology part of my appeal is me saying sorry for annoying them BUT they should have delt with it IC'ly, they banned me from there bar and I kept trying to convince them to unban me, why did they not call the police or deal with it in a way like that, instead they would argue back with me and then yell at me if I appeared anywhere near the Town Hall or Little Italy area) going back to the NLR rule point, I also didnt mention stuff from when they killed me, only they did (like when I left the hospital and 3 of them ran up to me yelling leave) I quite literally for forced to spawn at that hospital so I dont see how me walking past the town hall (where there bar is located) is me breaking NLR especially when they killed me outside PD The logs will show where I died and where they killed me (when I apparently broke NLR) any clips they showed or will show will also back that up. Hello! I am the staff member that approved your PK! The reason why your character was PK'd as you already know was violent confrontation with police, the officer who provided the clip (provided to me) had no ooc language used which could deny their PK. This was accepted as in the clip provided you shot and killed an officer in front of you and responding the officer who saw it happened retaliated. The only time you are able to shoot and "Hospitalize" an officer is when the police engage in the violent activity first. Im sorry to hear about the loss of your character! Edit:

I was perma killed because i thought i was being tthreatened with violence, i told him to go into an ally with my gun out because i didnt want to get ran over and it was the closet shelter, i then get killed by him and perma killed

What server rule or PK rule was violated? I was in fact killed by a civilian that I had no association with the officer even scolded the guy who did it because "NOW I CAN'T PK HIM!!!" <-the officers words. Unfortunately, when the staff had pulled me up, I didn't even get an opportunity to explain what happened as I was grabbing some water, I was gone for all of 90 seconds at most. (Mind you I was waiting for roughly 20 mins just knowing a staff sit was coming all for me to go downstairs to grab a water, stub my toe and come back to a dead char that I've had since like week 2.) If possible, please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: It is an understatement when I say that this is a bigger tragedy than when you wipe your ass and it simply won't get clean, but medal has been down for me since Thursday and I have had no less than a dozen emails with support back and forth( Of course I did all the go-to fixes before even bothered contacting support, but I had truly done everything.

I think it’d be interesting to be able to set up a nickname on your radio, like you do with your description, so the name you type that appears on the green chat is what you said it as. Not only is this to protect your identity, but also easy for people who know you only by your nickname to understand you on the radio. Essentially you’d right click on the radio and have the regular options of toggle and set frequency, and Set Codename or something idk, nickname.

Doubt they are still doing it that was suggested a year ago lol. But maybe to maintain balance the message get a little garbled or misses a few words? Just thrownin an idea out for balance
