Did you misread my reply? Elements of the world which are inherently part of the map are affected by render distance yes, every player knows and experiences this and it's not client adjustable. But any storage or prop placed by a player is not "deloaded". In this instance the argument being made, i guess, is that the curtains de-load which then reveals the player therefore the information should be voided as some form of meta/powergame. However, I think saying that things should be void because of "deloading" implies there is no physical way to prevent/block windows, this is a concept I contest because player(s) can simply block the entire window, it's not as if blocking view is impossible, it's just that in this instance it's been neglected / not blocked properly.

As per our FearRP rules, the man you attempted to rob in the alleyway was completely within his rights to retaliate freely, as he had a weapon out on safety whilst you attempted to mug him, "If you are holding a weapon actively in your hand then FearRP does not apply and you may retaliate (even if it is on safety, E+R" Given this, the way the player reacted is completely within his rights in gunning you down immediately to avoid any monetary loss, and followed our guidelines and protocols. Even if he didn't have a gun out, he can still pull one out in an attempt to save his belongings, but would then be at risk of getting PK'ed himself. Mugging is very risky and i suggest reading up on the mugging and FearRP rules so you know what you're getting yourself into next time this may occur. As for the package camping, that is a rule we have in play on the server. It is against our rules to sit around near packages in red zones so you can mug people and take the contents after they retrieve the shipment.

This is just false, you are looking at parts of the world (map), objects which are not being drawn due to distance and are instead replaced by skybox. Player placed props and storages are not affected by this 'LOD'

Is it plausible that the viewing through the window could be considered false due to LOD on the map? Prop and environment pop in is very common on this map and if props were actually up and intended to block view, claiming you saw someone through LOD would be a fail RP situition? Afterall, that would be taking advantage of the fact you can see them through intended props akin to viewing them through the map. And even then, there being lockers at the window further proves it's a LOD issue. So now it comes into question if it should be allowed to say you "saw him" at all. (I bring this up since I came to the forums to see if I could actually adjust the LOD, but it might be baked into the map) EDIT Here's two screenshots I took as an example. One being the COKE sign by the Car dealership. The other being a direct reference to the shot the officer took. At approximately this point, the viewing of the blinds disappears. PROPS also disappear. Hey gang, me again, king of the Suggestions (I got banned for 2 weeks) Been a whole lot of Undercovers lately, I think some rules should be added in regards to those silly lil guys. I believe an Undercover officer and or Criminal informant must meet an hourly quota weekly of in game time for information to remain IC. It isn't fair that they can get hired and sit in your Discord forever using random IC channels as info, then leave without you even having a chance to learn they are a UC. (Playing for 6 days, then never getting back on the character) (I was a UC in the past on my Detective character, and I was on every single day playing my part. I just thought it was silly that you can get on once, then not play for a month, only siphoning off a Discord channel.)
